“So my husband and I went out to eat and we had Scott as our server and he was by far one of the most amazing servers that both myself and my husband have ever experienced! He was extremely kind, fast, attentive, knowledgeable and the list just goes on with this guy! Texas Roadhouse y'all definitely need to make sure you do what you can to keep him around because he is definitely your money maker! The only really negative thing I can say about Texas Roadhouse is the food and the temps and mostly just about the kitchen and cooks, you guys need all new cooks! We totally understand that if the kitchen messes up it is by no means the service fault of course but y'all really need to get new cooks or train them properly other than that we had a great great dinner thanks to Scott's amazing service!!!!“

“This was a pretty decent place, nice décor and setup. I got the Trapper’s signature smoked chicken for $23 which is a ½ BBQ chicken with fries and a roll. The chicken was good, would have liked just a little bit more fries for the price. I also got a side salad for $8. The food was good. Seating was decent as well.“

“Went in last night (11/5/20), greeted by the togo person or host right away. Ashley was our waitress and she was AMAZING! Hands down the best. Had my usual plain hamburger with veggies - amazing and on point. Kiddos had chicken fingers and fries and while you are probably thinking you can't screw that up well ya can. They have the better chicken nuggets in the area (kids tested). Of course you can't forget about the donuts - amazing and always on point! Again - our waitress was amazing - she had a large table, our table, and another but still managed to keep up with everything.“

“Good salad, but i must have ticked off my server Xander. He treated me like I was a bother. I was told when I sat down it would be a bit and I was fine with it...but it was a long bit. And was mostly ignored. I'm a regular customer at this newport news store but not usually by myself...itll be a while before I go again.“

“We used Alpha Pitt Smokers to cater our daughter’s wedding in Yorktown. First of all, Jason was extremely easy to work with. He was so accommodating and stayed in constant communication with me. The food was fantastic, and the servers were amazing! They took care of my daughter and her new husband as well as all of our guests. Their professionalism was top notch. I would highly recommend using Alpha Pitt for catering. Reasonably priced, excellent service and delicious food!!!“
