“This is my favorite Subway, I drive past the Poquoson Subway to come here. Every 2 weeks or so I receive great paper Subway coupons; THIS SUBWAY ACCEPTS COUPONS. The Subway in Poquoson does not accept coupons or offers. Everything is fresh and the staff is superb.“

“Stopped in for my first visit to this location on July 23rd around 1:30pm. My husband and I don’t get Subway often because across 4 different states we’ve lived, the ingredients never look fresh and the stores always look dirty, but my husband is collecting the Happy Gilmore cups so I stopped in to see what I could get here. I was pleasantly surprised to walk in to an extremely clean store, and an amazing young man working the counter. He was so nice and friendly, even asked if I wanted my sauce light or heavy on the meatball sub which is something I’ve never been asked at any location. The ingredients were so fresh as well! It was like I stepped back in time, I have not seen a subway this clean with this fresh of ingredients in maybe 15 years. I will definitely be stopping by this location again! I wish I had gotten the young man’s name but he deserves a raise!“

“I use a cupon 13 dollars 2 foot long the sandwiches where good. The employee (owner) was so nice an attentive. The place it absolutely clean ans big nice place to eat the veggies where on spot meets and cheese. They had a variety of cookies ,soups amd chips so I will defenetly go back for a snack. The stablishment also have a navy Federal on post and a barbershop. Visit the page fot hours of operation this is on a military base so you'll need to have a dependant or active duty ID.“

“Sharing on my husband’s profile because I do not have google reviews .. Tonight December 20th 2025 around 5:40pm me and my 2 year old came in to get a pizza and footlong . Immediately were greeted with a warm smile and conversation. I didn’t catch his name but he had Red Dreads a Blue Face Tat and was a white guy. Our food was made quick and absolutely delicious !! although the amazing customer service Is what really made me want to leave a review . I’ve come here before customer service had not been up to par so I never knew what to expect when coming to this location but the warm smile Asking if everything was all right, putting extra napkins in the bag an amazing manners is exactly what every food establishment needs. I don’t know his name, but I do know he most definitely deserves a raise and or promotions . If you’re in the area and you want a great sub 10/10 recommend having him make it & No complaints on the pizza from my little guy lol“

“The staff here is really nice and pleasant. Everything was fresh and handled with care. Sandwiches were made very well and had fresh cookies! Not sure about other reviews and situations but being courteous to others goes along way! 8/13 morning staff was superb!! I would definitely come back in here again! Nicer and well kept here than some other places!“

“This Subway has some of the kindest owners I’ve ever met. Every time I walk in, they’re welcoming and treat you like a regular, even if it’s your first visit. They don’t rush you, they actually smile and talk to you, and you can tell they care about their customers. I saw the woman that works here walk a blind woman out to her car that’s when I knew they were truly great people. The food is always fresh and made with care, but it’s their kindness that really stands out. It feels good to spend money somewhere where the people truly appreciate you being there. Definitely my favorite Subway location.“

“Had an overall good experience! Matthew (trainee) helped me out and did an amazing job! They made my sandwich just perfect! The only downside was that one of the older male workers was a bit rude. I felt rushed by him and he had a short fuse with a customer behind me. There were some miscommunications that may be due to a bit of an accent barrier and he got defensive with the customer quite quickly. Still yummy and a good experience though!“
