“For context; I've lived 8 minutes away from this location over the past 30 years. My review is mostly based between the time of 2018-2025.

The staff, managers, and owner are very nice. They also take pride in the Mcdonalds franchise experience. Out of most locations in this state, this still is the best one by far.

I will mention that around noon, pretty much every business in milton and georgia might grab food here, resulting in long wait times. But the food is always fresh, and has a sense of quality in their meal. Fries are always hot; never redunked and they know plastic straws are still part of the peak customer experience.

I suggest going here outside of The Noon-1pm timeframe if you want your food really quickly. Even when busy, they never drop the ball.“

“What a lovely place. What lovely people. What a deal. Maybe the last place in Vermont you can get lunch for under $20. A massive menu of options with some serious hidden technique buried throughout. I really can’t wait to go back for more.

“No overnight parking here. Clean yard. Bathroom available for drivers. Enroute to this business, lots of narrow roads, many speed zones , curves & hills. Be very alert & focused for a safe drive. Lots of traffic in Essex area. This business has great products & they are very professional.“

“I have been coming to this Starbucks since I was in high school and since then there is this guy that works there, I’m not sure his name but he has a mustache and always wears a hat. That man makes my day the second I see him. He always greets me, makes my drink perfectly every time and knows I want a straw with my drink before I even get there to pick it up. “I love getting free drinks from the app. The workers are pleasant people who always seem to be doing their best. I learned my new favorite drink from a recommendation in the drive thru window Pro tip: Customize your drink to bring your personal cup and every 8th drink is free (approximately). Is it worth it? Don't know, but it's a delightful treat and fun.“

“The lack of changing tables in the restrooms is unacceptable. Parents shouldn’t have to choose between taking kids outside or putting them on the floor of a diaper change is needed.“

“I ordered a coffee on the Dunkin’ app and forgot to add caramel, so the coffee only had almond milk in it. The lady at the Dunkin’ counter was so kind and helpful to kindly add the caramel for me even when I made the mistake to forget to add it to my order. I really appreciate the kindness, and friendly customer service. Thank you!“

“While the food and coffee is always average at best I found the charmy atmosphere quite appealing. I also noted that only one worker was there handling it all while their manager wouldn't come and help. That young lady named Sam was so amazing and polite, I felt so bad for her being treated that way.“

“Parking: The parking isn’t difficult to find but it’s not ergonomically conducive to any sort of logic. It’s a problematic parking lot in general. As well as the drive thru. I prefer to just go in at this location. Be careful not to let anyone smash into you people are wild in this lot! lol“

“I’m a frequent flyer at this bagel shop! The FOH Gals are kind and very hardworking! The BOH team make incredible bagels. There is always a line which indicates a fabulous product, but service is so fantastic, I’m in and out in no time. The only thing that could be improved upon is perhaps a designated place to wait for bagels. It can be a bit awkward and uncomfortable to tower over folks while they enjoy their food.

Essentially no notes! They’re even opening up a location in Williston! I love to see excellence expand!“
