“I’d like to start out by saying La Casa has good food, that being said I’m very disappointed! I know it’s Cinco de Mayo so I put through an order this morning for a 6:30 dinner for my family, whom I have been telling all day we were going to have Mexican for dinner. My wife shows up after 6:30 and is told it is going to be an hour and half wait for an order the company has had literally all day to prepare for. I completely understand the stresses companies have under the present situation, but this is bad management and bad business. If you are going to take pre orders you have to honor those orders. Last minute orders should never take precedence over those customers who thought ahead. My family always eats Mexican on Cinco de Mayo but not this year, I have no food ready for my family now. I’m very disappointed, this was no way to treat an avid customer...“

I saw awful reviews about this place and was skeptical. But it was great. They held the door open for us. Let us know there aren’t as many chicken items available (makes sense when it’s 2 whole restaurant menus).“
