“How neat to be able to sit outside and look at the scenery. The mountain views are terrific, as the day was pretty clear. Was able to see Mt. Washington and many others.The food was very delicious, but could use a bit more choices, maybe a burger, perhaps?? Oh well, you get what they offer. “We had dinner at the last chair with one person in our party having celiacs disease. Our waiter Hunter was amazing !! He took the time to really understands the precautions necessary to keep the food allergen free. The restaurant also had a lot of gluten free options. The waiter was so kind and helped us make special exceptions in the kitchen so the food was completely celiacs safe. Hunter was awesome! He demonstrated an incredible amount of high level customer service, and a level of emotional intelligence that helped us feel really safe. Thanks Hunter!!”

“While staying at the Wilmington Inn our inn keeper made arrangements for us to dine at this amazing restaurant. Truly an amazing find. My husband and I enjoyed an intimate dining experience. I say experience because the menu was amazing. Each course was a treat for the taste buds, the flavors abounding in each delicious bite. We live in southern Massachusetts and wish Folly would move to our area. Looks like we will be traveling north again soon for this delight.”

“This little food truck, the NMK .. Nomad Kitchen, with an Asian food menu is a great find outside Wilmington VT. ? Food ingredients were fresh and well prepared. There was a constant stream of locals stopping by for lunch. ..and service was fairly quick given how busy they were. There is an awning over half the outdoor tables, so you are sheltered from the sun or rain. NMK will have you coming back and becoming a regular.”
