Ordered a Season of the Witch and house Old Fashion. The Witch is an incredible fusion of flavors and smooth to drink. The Old Fashion with OF 1910 was a perfect example of what and Old Fasion should be. Ruby the bartender should be commended on her mixology skills.“

“I'd call this a cocktail bar, with some beers on tap and cans. Had a short wait to get in around 11pm on a nice Saturday night-- very popular place. Friendly staff. Plenty of pay parking nearby. Indoor and outdoor spaces, tables, high chairs and sofas. Might be tough for someone using a wheelchair to navigate the space.“

“I flew into Burlington VT for a teaching assignment and needed to set up some specialized equipment for the class at the Hilton. Being a little pressed for time and already past normal lunch time I decided to stop by the Beacon at the hotel. I usually prefer local dining but I made an exception and I am glad I did. I was met with two amazing young ladies, Blake and Alison,who steered me through the menu and made recommendations. I also noticed an airline pilot setting at the next table eating a burger. He said his meal was delicious so ordered some sort of quinoa and fresh spinach salad topped with salmon. The salmon was cooked just right and the flavors blended superbly. Thanks Blake and Alison for surprising me an excellent dining experience.“

Pool table and outside seating in the back with tables, chairs, foot rests and even has a grill and horseshoes. Bartenders were very friendly and outgoing. One of the best "local" bars in town that I experienced.“

The energy level this team has is like watching a well-orchestrated master piece. Each team member knew the thoughts of the others, the smiles always on their faces soon as you walk in and while you are here to the delivery of drinks and food and closing out the evening. Always helping each other with no complaints nor competitive angles or agendas just pure team work. This is a place we would love to have in our upcoming documentary. “Dive bar. Place was cool. Bartender was cool and nice to us. They got foozeball, pool, and CHESS! Got a nice garage door to open up to get some airflow on nice days. Bathroom is chromed out! Stainless steel from floor to ceiling. Very classy. Sign says they got a ps5 apparently. So that's cool. Would come back.“
