Ordered a Season of the Witch and house Old Fashion. The Witch is an incredible fusion of flavors and smooth to drink. The Old Fashion with OF 1910 was a perfect example of what and Old Fasion should be. Ruby the bartender should be commended on her mixology skills.“

“I flew into Burlington VT for a teaching assignment and needed to set up some specialized equipment for the class at the Hilton. Being a little pressed for time and already past normal lunch time I decided to stop by the Beacon at the hotel. I usually prefer local dining but I made an exception and I am glad I did. I was met with two amazing young ladies, Blake and Alison,who steered me through the menu and made recommendations. I also noticed an airline pilot setting at the next table eating a burger. He said his meal was delicious so ordered some sort of quinoa and fresh spinach salad topped with salmon. The salmon was cooked just right and the flavors blended superbly. Thanks Blake and Alison for surprising me an excellent dining experience.“

The energy level this team has is like watching a well-orchestrated master piece. Each team member knew the thoughts of the others, the smiles always on their faces soon as you walk in and while you are here to the delivery of drinks and food and closing out the evening. “As far as dive bars go you can't get any better than ESOX.
You can see the entire crowd right from the door, free pool with purchase of drink, limited food selection but it's a sports bar not really a gastropub. $2 hot dogs and $1 single servings of chips, amazing mixed drinks, double shots, free fooseball with drink purchase, and amazing staff!!“

“We had a woman named Brit , who was our bartender tonight and she was the best smiling face, dealing with so many customers, so many pull tickets, and her smile never left her face the entire night she was quick, She was fast and she was super friendly and nice and kind.! “We arrived on a Monday night and only had to wait a few minutes to be seated. We had a both in the bar area that was very comfortable. Our server was very friendly and brought drinks quickly. We got a hot honey pepperoni sausage and bacon pizza which was really good! They didn't overdo the hot honey so it wasn't too sweet, but it added a nice flavor. The meats were quality, it was a thin crust and there was additional cheese and fresh basil leaves on top. So good! The kids got chicken nachos and said the chicken was very flavorful, and the nachos were loaded with veggies. A little pricey, (about $85 before tip for a pizza, nachos and drinks) but overall a very positive experience!“

My favorite burger to get here is the Vermonter. Apples, bacon, maple BBQ. Cheddar cheese.

Rodeo Burger is also very good.

Sundays are half priced burger days. You cannot beat that price for what you get. This is a regular spot for us.“

“When in Burlington, fill up at Three Needs! The pizza is excellent, crispy well cooked crust, no flop. I got a no cheese vegan pizza and it was delicious, the roasted garlic was a standout. Alex devoured the Sausage and Pepperoni pie and Sam was very into his pizza which had tomatoes, I’m always a little suspicious of that, but then again I had carmelized onions, so who is the suspicious one??? The beer was cold and served with care, on a disgustingly hot and humid day, who wants anything more. Alex raved about the cider, I had the Hazy Conehead (maybe?). This isn’t drunk pizza, this is legit anytime you want to enjoy the good life pizza, am I right?“
