“Great Vietnamese Che Bao Mao and Smoothies. Flavor is on point and decently priced. Please note that the Sugar cane drinks are a little bit on the more expensive side. But overall pleasant experience. The cashier was a little stand-offish, but transaction was quick and easy to complete. Drinks are hand-made to order, so wait times may take a little longer, but generally worth it.

For those individuals thinking this is a bubble tea shop, it is not.

Justine’s teaching style is so fun and engaging, making the class accessible yet still challenging. I left feeling empowered and uplifted—truly a unique yoga experience. The café also deserves special mention. I absolutely loved the avocado toast, especially with the CrispBlaze chili oil by Jaiyen Cookhouse, a fantastic local business. It’s the perfect blend of flavors and a must-try! The new owner has done an incredible job with the place. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care has gone into creating a space where people can unwind, recharge, and feel at home. I’m excited to come back for both the yoga classes and the café treats. Compared to Jamba Juice, this tastes more nutritious and flavorful.My favorite is the Vita Boost which comes with real blueberries and protein. Absolute must-try! There's a wide selection of smoothies that offer different benefits. I wish I had started coming here sooner! They even have snacks and other protein options.The only main downside is the that the hours are inconsistent. Madeline helped me. She was the most accommodating and kind, altering recipes looking at ingredients just to find me a smoothie that I could drink and enjoy. 100% recommend, the most notable thing about them is their service, not to mention a delicious smoothie that was made quickly.“

“La Copa has the best coffee in the area. Their staff understands the science and art of pulling espresso shots and their machine is calibrated properly so your drink is well made. They have a nice variety of food options made on premises and everything is delicious. Our favorites are the breakfast burritos (huge and yummy), the coffee cakes (flavors rotate), GF banana bread w/ chips, the danishes, the marzuka bars, the cookies, and the turkey pesto panini. I have been coming here every Sunday for the past two years, and have always had a good experience and the smoothies have always been excellent no matter who was making it. The staff there are courteous and friendly. The store itself is always impeccably clean and well organized, and is the nicest E.C.S location I've been to by far. I have a choice on where to buy a smoothie and there is a reason I have been coming here for the past two years. They are good at what they do and are consistently good. It's egs meat and cheese on a perfectly toasted muffin for under 7 dollars. The owner is super friendly and I saw him remember a couples order when they came in, he literally just asked if they wanted the usual and had their whole order memorized. Champion service. “This is an espresso stand, they have very limited food, which I have never ordered. The drinks have been outstanding each time and they are willing to remake our provide something else if not up to expectations, though I've never needed to make use of that. The most that I've ever waited is about 8 minutes when someone had pulled in just before me. The usual wait is generally five minutes or less. No tables, only a drive through, so there is also no parking for them, only for the gas station/ convenience store that they are next to.“
