“I have never done a review, but I just had to this time. The apple fritter was delicious along with the big chocolate cookie and peanut butter rice crispy. I also ordered a grilled cheese, which blew my mind. I will definitely be back. Also, the prices were pretty decent, not too expensive, and definitely worth every penny!!!!“
“Delicious fresh sourdough - we get our bread weekly from Raquel! And delicious cookies too.“

“Simply the best. Delights from scones , breads to die for to focaccia and pies galore. All artisan. One French woman that frequents the Port Angeles farmers market on Saturdays says it the best bread she’s ever had outside of France. What else can you say!“
“Thank you, L'Atelier, for an extra-special Limoncello Strawberry birthday cake for Patsy! Your cakes are delicious and your service is amazing!!“

“fabulous selection of baked goods. Fresh daily. So good. Their only flaw is that sometimes they are so popular that they have a line and so they might run out of things earlier in the day. But sometimes, I can walk in at any time of the day and get some of my favorites. ( of which there are many). highly recommended.“

“Ordered a custom smash cake for our son's 1st birthday and it was amazingly detailed and unique! Also delicious! Had to pull my husband away from it so the birthday boy could continue to smash! <3“
“I bought a molasses and ginger cookie from Haggens Grocery at Lakeland Hills in Auburn WA. I don’t see them on your list of retailers perhaps you should include them. I like the individual packages and will try the chocolate chip next. Very soft and full of flavor.“

“I was expecting this place to be so much better. I’m not saying it’s bad but my biggest complaint is that the pies were not even close to being hot enough. I knew these were not going to be made from start to finish at order but they were barely warm. If that aspect changed I’d probably go back but until I hear from someone else I need my food HOT!“

“When I was 12, McGavins pink champagne was my Birthday cake. 2018 I had my wedding, and I had the best cup cakes from McGavins , which of course was PC. And now to celebrate my mother 83rd birthday, and soon my 58th Birthday. It will definitely be McGavins Pink Champagne. Thank you for not giving up on the bakery,McGavin's“

“Superb! Had the Bristol bay sockeye melt! Deli folks smoothly & accurately described the makings. I said let's do it standard. Was NOT Disappointed. Recommend them for salmon melt. They know their product well too. Great little shop held me over for a while, stuck locked out of my truck on way to work. Couldn't get stuck on a cooler location!“

“I have been buying their pastries from a few of the farmers markets around town for over two years and I have never been disappointed. It is European style desserts so they aren’t overly sugary and thick, which I personally prefer since you are able to taste the flavors rather than just the sugar. No matter what you get, it will always feel light and fluffy and not too dense! My go-to has been their pear tart! It has such a good texture and spice in it and their cakes are also good! Definitely recommend this place or their stalls at the Farmer’s Markets in Ballard or Cap Hill!!“

“I love that you can get sweet or savory pastries here because so many Seattle cafes don't have food that feels like a substantial breakfast. I really love the mushroom pastries and all of the different fruit kolaches. Consistently get the best iced lattes from here with lots of options and the staff is always super friendly and wonderful!!“

“La Copa has the best coffee in the area. Their staff understands the science and art of pulling espresso shots and their machine is calibrated properly so your drink is well made. They have a nice variety of food options made on premises and everything is delicious. Our favorites are the breakfast burritos (huge and yummy), the coffee cakes (flavors rotate), GF banana bread w/ chips, the danishes, the marzuka bars, the cookies, and the turkey pesto panini. The owners and staff are hard-working and kind. They care about their locals and the newbies. Do yourself a favor and stop in. You deserve it!“
“Picked up a pack of their Ube cookies at the Uwajimaya in Beaverton, OR. OMG, the best Ube cookies I've ever had. I will definitely be visiting their shop if I'm ever in Seattle. Until then, I will keep buying their cookies at Uwajimaya.“

“Everything about this place is smashing, which led me to order the hot chocolate. This, my dears, needs a serious revisit. It was thin, flavorless, and room temperature. Given the richness of the other offerings, I was fully anticipating real chocolate melted into whole milk with a touch of salt or spices. 0/5 on hot cocoa -- otherwise amazing!“

“Would come back! I quite like the clean, modern vibes here, and tables aren't too close together like some other coffee shops. I just had a chamomile tea so I can't comment on the quality of the food or drinks. Baked goods were very tempting, but I'll leave that for next time.
The covered patio seating is an especially nice spot for people watching if that's your thing. Charming little neighborhood overall.“

“With having celiacs, it’s been extremely difficult to find places that offer any type of homemade donuts or sweets that are gluten free. I got the 6 different flavors offered and they were amazing! We will definitely be back.“

“If your looking for great tasting coffee and a quiet, easygoing, laid-back atmosphere, this is your coffee shop. It has tables for intimate couples and larger tables to accommodate small groups. The baristas who have served me have been very nice. I live in the CD and love to meet friends who live in West Seattle at Uptown Espresso. My go-to beverage is a Chocolate Americano. It was delicious! I asked the baristas what type of chocolate they use and it's a dark chocolate from France. Can't recall the name, but it add richness and depth to the taste of their already delicious coffee. ☕“
