“This little hidden gem is wonderful. I've tried 3 Hawaiian restaurants in Washington and now this food truck. Hands down Hawaiian Soul is killin' it. They far surpass the restaurants. We're looking forward to trying more on the menu but for lunch/dinner today we tried Kalua Pig plate, Huli Huli Chicken plate, spam musubi, kimchi and both of the desserts. The portions are large in size and could cover 2 or more meal servings. My only complaint is the delicious desserts go way to fast when eatting them(j/k). Keep going Hawaiian Soul <3“

“This is the best taco truck in town. Best lengua, super burrito is amazing. They always have a wedge of lime radishes. They have pickled jalapenos. Orange habanero sauce is amazing. Tacos are a must. They straight up have good beans and rice. Size of burritos are amazing. The people that work here are good people.“

“We ordered the super burrito with chorizo and the regular burrito with chorizo for lunch. They included two sides of their green hot sauce and two sides of their red hot sauce. The burritos and sauces were exactly what we hoped for, really good food for a really good price.It was raining when we arrived, but no worries. They have an awning to stand underneath while ordering and they provide you with a buzzer to let you know when your order is ready so that you can relax while you stay dry in your vehicle.We’re looking forward to returning here soon and trying some other menu items.“

“We’ve been going to this food truck for years now…. We have tried everything on the menu plus lots of specialty made dishes.. I am a very picky eater, I don’t normally try new things, has branched out and have loved everything they have made for me…. You should try their sloppy joes… unique Smokey flavored yumminess… and my current personal favorites are the Pistolette with spicy rice and the Monte Cristo…. They don’t open until 11am but if you love breakfast food, they have made us amazing breakfast sandwiches… If you haven’t tried them, you are truly missing out… They are amazing people, always kind…. Parking is challenging as it is in middle of the town. This is a food cart so no seating options. “We've been wanting to try Normitas for a while, and we saw they were coming to Washougal, so we had to try it since they were right by us. It did not disappoint!! I got the three chicken poblano tacos, and my husband got the chicken poblano burrito. They were both delicious!!!! I went back and ordered an esquite for us to share, and that was fantastic as well! “I have been going to this taco truck for 4 years now. I love my street tacos and out of all the taco trucks I been to in Clark County this one is the best. $2 a taco and the meat is always fresh tender and the red salsa they make is very good. Has a nice heat with very good flavor. Also service is always good the lady working the register is kind always a smile and food comes out fairly quick even if their slammed on a lunch rush.Keep up the good work because I always come back for more ??“

“Just had the #3 Mark’s Philly and it was phenomenal. Whatever they use to achieve the spicy flavor is delicious. Price is a little on the higher side for lunch but price is comparable to other Philly shops in this area. I will be back again.“

“If you can get past the sticker shock of $5 a pop, you’ll be pleasantly surprised and happy with some pretty damn delicious tacos. The shells hold their shape and are both pliable and crispy at the same time, while the ingredients are amazingly flavorful. It was recommended to me to get the Cheeseburger tacos, so I opted for 2 of those and then 2 of their new Chicken Gyro tacos…which stole the show. The chicken is fantastic, nice and spicy. It worked really well. Don’t get me wrong the cheeseburger ones were great, but the chicken was my favorite. Pair it with delicious Fortside beers and you’re in for a good time. I definitely recommend giving this place a try.“

“Came to get snacks and a drinks at Brothers Cascadia. The owner was very nice and helpful. He recommended we get the bbq chicken and lemongrass chicken Banh Mi. They were both very good and has great flavor. We also got vegetarian egg rolls that were delicious and fresh. The bread is made fresh daily and you can tell. The bread was very fluffy and delicious. 10/10 would recommend stopping by to get food.“
