“Excellent customer service. Very professional and treated us like we belonged there. They showed appreciation for my sons birthday by bringing him ice-cream with a candle in it. Everyone in my family enjoyed the food. We will definitely be returning in the future. 💫💫💫💫💫 Five stars“

“Got takeout from big fish sushi tonight, hubs made a mistake ordering hand rolls instead of maki and they remade them for free. Super nice even though it was totally our fault. They also have a great bento box for kids, katsu, rice,California roll and edamame for $9 for kids. They have enough for 2-3 meals. Everything was delicious we will definitely be ordering again soon“

“Great place for quality Celiac friendly food. My wife loves this place for that. I can honestly say that the vegetable yakisoba is fantastic. Love that you can choose the spice level on pretty much all dishes. Our families go-to spot for Chinese/American.“

“Stopped in at this teriyaki shop for a quick bite while I was having a tire repaired at the shop nearby. I ordered a chicken teriyaki with a side of gyoza. The food was excellent, the chicken was tender with nice looking char lines from the grill. The gyoza was just the way I like it with the outside crispy and the inside juicy. The restaurant had condiments on the table including teriyaki sauce which I always appreciate. Overall great experience!“

“Every once in a while, I totally jones for chicken teriyaki. This place in Bothell was highly rated and close there were I was staying. Nothing fancy about this place. They have a couple tables, but most folks get take-out... I had Chicken Teriyaki with Brown Rice, and extra side salad and 2 egg rolls. Everything was really tasty, except the egg rolls. They were something you could get in the frozen food section at Costco (which isn't bad), but I was expecting more.... The service was quick and friendly. I like that after you get your food, they have extra sauces in squeeze bottles so you can flavor stuff up.“

“We’ve been going here for years and it’s always great. My usual favorite is the spicy chicken with gyoza daily special. So good. Just tried the spicy bulgogi and spicy ramen for the first time and both were tasty as well. Now it’ll be a tough choice to pick between them.“

“Ordering was quick and the food was really good. I will note it took a long time for our food to come out but that was probably because our party was fairly large (eight people)I'm not normally a fish person but I really enjoyed all the different kinds of sushi we got to try. The deluxe sushi meal was very good variety.
Dietary restrictions: They readily accommodated my wife's gluten intolerance“

“This teriyaki shop is definitely one of the more flavorful restaurants around. The teriyaki sauce is unique and tasty. The menu is organized and lots of photos on it. The staff are always polite and delightful.

“The food is good and you can have a bowl of free soup with your meal. You can choose between miso or chicken egg drop soup, both were good, but I personally recommend the chicken egg drop. The portions are on the larger side and the noodles are nicely sauced up. We had pad tai and shrimp yakisoba between the three of us(2 adults + baby), but still had leftovers. Though we did order a side of gyoza as well. The staff were friendly and on top of tasks. If I'm ever in the area I'll make sure to visit again.
Please keep in mind, this restaurant is a combination of a few cuisines and a little Americanized overall. So while nothing you order will be like eating on that one trip you took to Thailand or the Philippines, it still worth a visit if you're hungry and American.“

“Love Sushi Hana! From the order on demand food with delivery by a little train and the waters being delivered by a robot it's super fun for family meals. The food is also delicious and there are plenty of non raw options.
Kid-friendliness: Boosters and high chairs available. Happy to have kids dine in.“

“Phenomenal service! Food was excellent, chefs were awesome, even made us an off-menu option. Our server, Jackie, is absolutely incredible! She is the epitome of professionalism and treated us with kindness, attentiveness and sincere warmth. We will be back again and again. We had the tuna tataki, bulgogi hot pot soup, tempura shrimp, sex on the beach roll, dynamite roll and Philly roll.“

“Best General Tso's and teriyaki (chicken and beef) I have ever had. I can't compare it to other PNW joints yet, but compared to all the ones I tried in SoCal and NY/NJ, Ohana blows them all out of the water. Even the steamed rice was perfect. Huge portions, one is enough for two or three people, we ended up taking them home and eating like kings the next day. We just moved and are considering making Ohana a weekly staple, it's just that good!!“
