“Beautiful area and delicious coffee and baked goods. What I dont appreciate though is how the ladies who work here are very rude and judgmental. I heard them taking about me while I was waiting for me drink. Why are there rude ladies working at both cruisin coffee locations in skagit county??“

“The gals were on point and very pleasant to hang out with! I was hungry as well but was concerned about any pre-packaged, frozen sammies so I inquired. One of the gals (should’ve asked their names for this) said that I can build it however I wish because they make them fresh. Wowza! “Had a really great iced coffee drink. They have a huge selection of flavoring syrups, including sugar-free. This is a wonderful convenient stop when driving to/from Skagit County. Located just before the turn onto I-5 North, in the same parking lot as a nice gas station/convenience store.“

“i have spent multiple times studying here for 3+ hours in a session. i am always welcome to enjoy the atmosphere and work peacefully. the food is always great and the drinks are always made correctly in my experience. if a mishap occurred , which occasionally it does in fast food and at other starbucks locations, i’m positive it would be resolved smoothly. the drive through is always insanely quick. thank you guys!“

“My partner & I brought our newborn to Billy’s Cafe after a week long camping trip and it was a perfect meal to reenter civilization. The serving staff were caring and very attentive. As a new mom, I’m still figuring out how to feed/hold my baby while feeding myself, so my hash browns ended up all over the place. The service staff were so very sweet and mentioned to not worry about a thing. Not one coffee cup was left empty in the packed restaurant. Oh and the food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend Billy’s Cafe - your tummy will love you for it!“

“This place is packed, especially at nightWe stumbled on it when we had to pull over late at night as my husband was having a episode and it was raining and we needed to calm him down and this was the only place open andwe got little pup cups for our dogs full of whipped cream and a doggy biscuitThey like to be able to get out of the car and sit on the grass. And eat their little pup cupsHusband was able to sit down and just sip his drink and it really calmed him downso now whenever we have to drive at night we stop in. I appreciate that they are open all day and all night.This is the halfway point between our two homes and so we just make it a habit now of just stopping and resting and taking a break whatever time of day we need to do it and it just makes the whole journey easier to deal withThe baristas are amazing. They answer our questions. They treat us politely. They work as fast as they canno matter what time of night it seems like there's always a line. This is a really nice place. “I am obsessed with their espresso shakes! I get just a tiny bit of chocolate drizzle and of course whip on top. It is pretty dang good. Not as good as moka Joe's but definitely 2nd favorite place to go for an espresso shake. The only thing negative I have to say is that every single time I go there it seems like the ladies working there are very rude and the way they interact with me makes me feel like they are judging me based on my appearance and or my personality. I don't go as often as id like too since I feel uncomfortable when I do go. Hopefully they will change this.“

“Really like the app! Great deals. On our recent visit, we ordered 13 burgers for our family, and got shorted one (a fifty cent burger, since it was national Burger day) the manager was pretty rude, and implied that we were trying to steal a burger. Asked to look at everybody's receipts. It ended up, a worker had made a mistake and didn't put the burger on the counter. The manager really soured the visit. I find myself hoping she isn't working next time we visit :(“

“Not sure if they have new managment but the drive thru staff are pretty good. Most of them are young but they greet me and thank me everytime I order food here. Sometimes they have missed items like sweet and sour sauce or put cheese in my burger when I requested them to NOT put cheese. The stsff are not in a rush when they hand me my food. Overall the food isn't bad and the service is pretty good compared to other mcdonalds I've been to.“
