It was like being asked to leave. We were drinking so it wasn’t like we were just sitting there doing nothing not paying. ?‍♀️”

“My husband and I dined at The Boat Shed last night for the first time. We almost left because we couldn’t find a parking space. I’m so glad we didn’t. We were seated by the sweetest hostess and taken to our table right by the water. We were quickly greeted by our server, Jerri. She couldn’t have been more helpful and personable. She explained the specials and gave us her recommendations. We ordered the Parmesan baked mushrooms-yum! We shared the crab cobb and scallops which were both delicious! For dessert we shared the blackberry crisp. Each bite was excellent and we were so pleased with our dinner. Regardless of the great food and restaurant, our server, Jerri, made our experience exceptional! What a special treat! We will return and ask for her. Thank you Jerri!”

“First, ignore the comments about the menu. They have plenty of authentic dishes and options for those who want variety. We had a burrito esencia and it was delicious. It had more flavor than most of the Mexican restaurants in the area. The burrito sauce was very good and their homemade chips were excellent, super crunchy, fresh and hot. We chose beef and it was a high quality ground beef, flavorful and not the cheap stuff so many use. The veggies were fresh and the guacamole had good flavor. I hope they work on their outside lighting and atmosphere, but honestly the food was great and that’s what really matters. The burrito was so large, my wife and I split it and still took home enough for another meal.”

Got two orders of the banana bread French toast and it was incredible. Sunday is always our takeout breakfast day and my daughter said “this is the best thing the little pancake house has ever made” (normally gets pancakes from next door) I told her where it came from and she now has a new favorite breakfast spot.”

She went so far beyond that - she was immediately responsive in the affirmative, scheduled a time to chat quickly, and graciously let us use the space without so much as a charge or minimum drink orders. “I have been a Starbucks decaf white chocolate mocha for YEARS because in Houston, that was the best option for a LOT of years and I didn't know better moving to Washington, my native Washatonian husband refused to let me keep that status quo. Enter the little drive up coffee shops everywhere. Some were okay, most were just "EH" but from the get go, Bryan and his little drive up shop have done nothing but stellar service with an equally stellar product. He's knowledgeable, willing to learn new things, and absolutely knows my order before I arrive. But today, I tried something different and have never been so pleased! Bryan, the brown sugar cinnamon decaf was my next favorite!! Thanks!!!”

“I finally got to try Harbor Haute Dogs! This was a killer experience that goes beyond lunch. I tried an all-beef Chicago Dog and that sold me first bite. Peppers, pickles, tomatoes, relish, raw onion, mustard, and celery seed on a perfect bun. I have to say, it was fun trying to balance everything and keep it together while eating. I can’t wait to try some of the more adventurous selections (like the Goober). Best place for a hot dog I’ve ever been to!”

“Honestly the best authentic mexican food ive had!! We had a male server and he was excellent!!!! Food was so fresh and delicious. Large portions great prices..beans and salsa with the chips and they refilled them. Server came by our table several times to make sure we didn't need anything else. We will definitely be coming back!”

“We were looking to kill time and decided to try 4 Sisters. We read the reviews and picked them because they have a vegan menu. We tried two different items - the tofu noodle salad and the lemongrass tofu rice dish plus the tofu fresh summer rolls. Everything was amazing and large portions! Reasonable prices as well and great service - they came by to refill our water multiple times. We will definitely be back often - it's our new date night restaurant of choice! My only caution is if you're vegan, ask for an alternate dressing or no dressing as the default dressing on the salad for the lemongrass tofu is not vegan - but that's an easy fix and they know, but we always like to double and triple check everything as dairy allergies are not fun. Trust me, this place is amazing and you'll be back for more!”

“I eat smaller portions. I don't like paying for a large meal and taking over half of it home. NEVER have I been denied purchasing a kids meal at any restaurant. But they did. How do they know it isn't for my kid? I do have a lot of those too. Literally they said...."it's how we keep the costs down." Keep the costs down?? To add a small grilled chicken breast to a small side salad it was going be an additional $5.50. Side salad is about $7.50. So nearly $15 for side salad. Then recommended gut bomb after gut bomb. lame. Bleh. just frustrated. I would have ordered the kids meal and a shake so they still would have made money. Instead I ordered nothing. I drank some water, sat in a booth with friends, and will eat at home.”

I've ordered from here a few times and done either pickup or DoorDashed it and every time they get my order right, the food is hot, fresh, and flavorful. It's so hard to not eat until you're sick here - it's that good. We've tried their banchan, fried rice, bibimbap, gyoza, tteok-bokki, and their chicken katsu and all of them were delicious. Will definitely continue coming here.”

“We had Smokin Robinsons at my wedding and the DELIVERED. Everyone absolutely loved the cornbread - it was still FANTASTIC two days later (we had way too much food lol), the brisket was falling apart as we picked it up to put on our plates, the mac and cheese was EXACTLY what I needed, and the baked beans disappeared so fast. I’ve always loved this restaurant and knew I wanted their amazing food at my wedding and they did NOT disappoint. Thank you for helping to make my day even better.”

“Best pho I’ve had since moving here from the city, where I was spoiled for choice. Broth is key in my book, and they do it well. They are also one of the few locations that my partner can get vegetarian broth (that isn't bland, either). Service is excellent, clean and inviting atmosphere. Very happy to have this spot in town! Plus: bubble tea!

Vegetarian options: Veggie pho that is actually vegetarian. A lot of places in this area seem to use chicken broth as the base for their “vegetarian” pho.”

“Although I placed my order and it was set to be ready almost at closing time (7:53pm est p/u) [store closes at 8pm] when I came to the store to get my order, I was greeted by 2 really phenomenal employees. One was beginning the clean-up process for closing down the day, the other made the way to the register to assist me. I was even asked if I was picking up or ordering- sometimes if a place is closing down, they will not offer anything past a certain time- I was so surprised that the employees [both] did not seem bothered (had I intended to place an order this close to closing hour) but since I was there for p/u, I was politely directed to the p/u station/area. She remembered I like my hashbrowns medium cooked, sourdough toast with one Grape jelly, and ice tea with a straw. She remembered my roommate likes the lite size chicken fried steak with the hashbrowns the same as mine as well as the egg medium over, sourdough toast and coffee. The last time we had a favorite waitress she moved to Arizona. Please do whatever it takes to keep Korie as will start coming in more frequently. We had stopped coming in as often but as long as she's working there we will come in more often. Heidi”

Nice and quiet, you can watch the golfers on the driving range, and good food. Great service and reasonable prices. Hubby had the Sampler breakfast and I had the Hash Brown Stack. Best hash browns I’ve had. Only complaints? The coffee isn’t strong enough for me, and the food plate had a big chip on it. Otherwise, top notch. We’ll be back. ❤️”

She had a smile on her face the whole time, didn’t get overwhelmed, and was super helpful. She was very kind to my daughter who was nervous to order her own drink. She helped me with food and drinks for the club, advising how much and when to order. I haven’t had customer service that good in a very very long time. And the food was great too! “I stopped in at hot Java Café got myself a 24 ounce mocha and a steak and egg breakfast burrito and let me tell you the steak and egg breakfast burrito? not a whole lot to write home about but very filling, not heavy on the stomach and fresh enough to where it didn’t give me acid reflux or negative reaction so four stars for that but the coffee was amazingly well-made tasteful not bitter in the slightest and made with a lot of Care. I highly recommend Java Café even if you’re stopping in for a quick bite or whatever else. check them out.”

The burrito kept me full for a long day at the VA hospital for dad. My latte was great, and dad liked his mocha. Mom got me the tea box that I'm so excited about. I'll take family and friends next time I'm in town and try more of the fabulous food items.”

“I wish they were open for longer on weekends. It's the only place a lot of people have to go to get internet and to play games and relax after a long week of hard work. The hours here on maps are wrong, they open on weekdays at 6AM and close at 8pm, and on weekends open at 10AM and close at 5pm.”

“The pizza here is great, the location is good. The four stars is for the staffing. It seems like everytime I go in there the store is lacking employees. My last trip was on a Friday night and only two employees were there. As we were waiting an employee comes through the door with McDonald's in his hand, the lead girl says your late......and then he proceeded to go eat his food all the while the two girls out front struggled to keep up. The lead called for him twice but no show. It shouldn't take 20 minutes to get 2 pizza's together. Bravo to the two girls who busted their asses to keep up.”

“We loved Gyro Star. Since we live in Kitsap, it is so rare to find a meditarrean restaurant but to find one that is remarkable; wonderful! The menu hits the classics that one finds within the mi-eastern dining menu; humas, baba ganashe, schwarma, and everything you would imagine. The food is clean, presented well, absolutely flavorful, and priced great. And the service is exceptional; clearly the team works from the heart! Highly recommend!”

“We got the "supreme" pizza - pepperoni, salami, sausage, mushrooms and onions. Also had a Ceasar salad. Their Ceasar dressing is to die for. It's absolutely delicious, fresh lettuce, it was great! The pizza was SO good, super cheesy, right amount of toppings, sauce was on point and the crust was cooked perfectly. A very family friendly atmosphere with fantastic, friendly and fast service. Highly recommend.”
