“The owners are truly kind, grateful people. The food is fresh- I had a Poke bowl with Salmon and avocado, and it was FULL of good flavor. My kids were crazy about the BBQ Chicken- awesome portions and fantastic sweet/smoky flavor! My wife tried the Yakisoba, and loved all the vegetables. Very solid value for the buck- this is a great place to check out. Glad we made the drive from Woodinville!“

“Everyday for weeks, my good friend and roommate, Sydney, would not stop talking about wanting a Korean Rice Dog. It got to the point that if she mentioned Korean Rice Dogs one more time, I thought I might combust on the spot. Therefore, one fateful day, we headed to the only spot in Seattle that would properly fulfill her dream of tasting a Rice Dog—Chung Chun in the International District.Chung Chun is inside a Mochi Donut shop. It’s a small place and occasionally it has a line outside. The inside wasn’t the cleanest, but it’s fine because it’s practically a walk-up window. There is a small counter for eating, but there is only room for 6-8 people. The pricing was affordable.I firmly believe that Chung Chun is the best rice dog restaurant in Seattle. They fry them fresh, have at least 8 different options, and a wall of sauces to choose from. This is an authentic experience, and isn’t touristy. You can get sugar on your rice dog, which seems more American than Korean, but I’m sure it’s customary.We all ordered the potato rice dog and they were excellent. Piping hot, just the way mother used to make it. The crunch brought tears to Sydney’s eyes. We all were overjoyed seeing her dreams come true. She described the experience at Chung Chun as heavenly.I would not eat here often, as my cholesterol would shoot through the roof, but if you’re in the mood for rice dog, this is the place to come! The service was very friendly, and the girl who served us seemed like she genuinely loved working at Chung Chun. She probably knew that she was granting Sydney’s ultimate wish though, and who wouldn’t smile about that!Kid-friendliness: Kids will like this food.“

“The slogan of this restaurant is "the best teriyaki in town" and it is SO TRUE. I've tried a lot of teriyaki in the south end, Georgetown and West Seattle and this place stands out for its high-quality taste and freshness, as well as cleanliness of the facility and the kindness of the staff. This is literally the only place I want teriyaki from in Seattle. A+!!!!!“

“Amazingly delicious and authentic flavour. We ate every bite. I suggest you each order your own meal and then share off your plate. That way you try a lot of options at once. Kimbap was delicious. Japchee noodles are my favourite. Owner Sara is also amazing and motivated to please.“

“What a gem! the food was excellent! My friend and I both ordered the bibimbop with tofu. It was so good! They served us miso soup and some sides to start. The slightly pickled, spicy cucumber side was so amazing. I could eat so much of it. The service was so speedy and the people who worked there were all very friendly. The vibes inside were great. “Excellent place to get food, the view and meal were phenomenal. The lady who took my order was very kind. I ordered miso ginger taco salad which was fresh and delicious. “We went for the first time and the owner was so kind and helpful. The KFC is superb and incredibly crunchy even after taking the leftovers home. The two dips we got on the side were house sauce and soy garlic. Both were great flavor contrasts. The pickled daikon really helped cut the fat. The decorations were very modern. I appreciated the decoration. It was nice icing on the cake but the food and the owners genuinity are what really makes this place a top notch restaurant. She should be super proud of what she's done.“

“Food: good not great great but will probably still eat there Service : great Menu surprising had LOTS of options. I thought it was going to be typical phi food or Vietnamese like just vermicelli or pho but wow they had the whole shabang. They have calamari , short ribs, crab Rangoon. This is a great place for lunch or even dinner .“

Had the spicy teriyaki chicken sandwich, teriyaki burger, onion rings, fries, milkshakes and egg rolls. All were great, excluding the fries which were a bit soggy but being that it was just before closing time and what not, I won’t complain. Solid spot - will return!“

“This is our favorite place for mochi donuts! All the flavors are delicious every time we went. Better than Mochinut and Dochi!! The donuts are even good the next day which was not the case for the other two places I mentioned. Service is always super friendly. We go there regularly. Highly recommend!!“

“Had the spicy pork dinner. Gourmet style presentation with an adequate portion size to curb my appetite. I’d rate the spicy pork bbq Korean style in the top best 3 I’ve ever had. I will be returning to try the other wares they have to offer.I didn’t get the front of the house gals name but she was kind and very personable and made my short stay even more of a delight. “I only get donuts for my employees here but the owner super sweet and helpful you must get there right when they open if wanting a large order These truly are the best donuts I’ve had in Seattle and they are nice and warm only place I purchase donuts and I no longer work near this location but I will go out of my way whenever I want to buy for the entire office I usually buy 4 boxes never disappoints he always throws in a little free donut holes and one for the road for me I appreciate the variety as well and I am not a donut eater anymore will visit soon for my employees they love them“

“A great place to stop by and pick up lunch during a tight work break! As someone who works in downtown Seattle, I'm always on the hunt for a new lunch spot and was happy to hear there was a new offering for donburi in the central business district. There's a great selection of different kinds of bentos/donburis to suit different palettes with cooked and raw options. I take the karai bento as a go to option which has generous amounts of sashimi paired with some poke, pickles and seaweed salad. Definitely not a traditional bento or don by any means but it doesn't detract from the fact that it is tasty and reasonably priced. Service is quick so don't be discouraged by the long lines! It definitely gets packed during the lunch rush. Seating is limited to nonexistent so be prepared to takeaway to eat somewhere else!“

“It's felt like "Korean Chipotle" vibe. More like American Korean with sauces and spice. I loved the purple rice! I highly recommend to go with purple rice rather than white. it gave more texture and flavor to bowl. The bulgogi beef was nice and was in good quantity. You can customize the topping and sauces as needed. I would have definitely enjoyed it more if the chili sauce or heat wave sauce would be more spicer. This would definitely be my Korean Chipotle moving forward.“

“Honestly I am scared to share this place with anyone. It's great value and delicious. There's a huge variety of things to try, so much that I have my next 3 orders already nailed down. They have Chinese American, teriyaki, and Korean food! The owner was so sweet and friendly as well. Just a great time overall. Katsu rating was a 8.5/10 pretty darn good, crispy, not dry and well seasoned!“

We found this place for take-out and decided to give it a chance.First, parking in this area of Georgetown is a nightmare. But we somehow found a spot very close by.Second, we weren't sure where we were going to eat once we got said take-out. But they do have limited seating inside, AND we got a table!Third, we were super short on time and thought we might not get our food with enough time to eat because we saw all the tickets ahead of us. But, as luck was on our side, we got our food quickly! And it was absolutely delicious! Lots of vegan and non- vegan options. SO GOOD!“
