“We came back for a second time and decided to eat in instead of take out. We walked in and stood there awkwardly while people already seated stared at us ...awkwardly. Someone from behind the counter shouted out "just sit wherever" so we did. After ten minutes no one came to our table. So we got up to leave. That's when it was "oh we will be right there!" but by then it was too late, we already were half way out the door. You can't ignore people that long if you want the business and this place is not cheap. We will probably get take out again because the food is delicious but the service so far has been lacking.“

“Another great Asian restaurant in Centralia. It's well worth the visit if you haven't been there yet. Their meals are fantastic & are wholesome, depending on your order. They also serve large portions of very good Asian meals. The staff are friendly, the meals are reasonably priced, there's no rush to eat & leave & there's so many more positives for the food, service, prices, ambience, etc. Over the years my wife & I have had dine out, take out & a rare delivery or two (delivery only because we couldn't make it to the restaurant a time or two so they brought it to us). I think I've actually tried everything on the menu so far & I haven't had a bad meal there. We're a fan for sure.ENJOY!Parking: The parking lot accommodates several businesses but, we've never had a problem finding a spot to park.Bottom line? If you haven't tried Peking House Restaurant yet then you're missing out... IMHO.Kid-friendliness: My wife & I are Grandparents & Great-Grandparents now (WOW... Time Flies!) & we're not shy re: taking our "kids" there with us several times a year. The younger grand kids love it as much as our older grandchildren love it. Great ambience, service, food, price and more.Wheelchair accessibility: Personally I haven't had to use a wheelchair this far in my long life but, there will be a time I'll probably need one. However, I've seen folks in the establishments with wheel chairs, walkers, crutches, etc. no problem. There's plenty of room between tables to get to your table if you're impaired for whatever reason. But, if there's a challenge then I've seen the staff rearrange the tables to accommodate the customer(s).“
