The lady who answered the phone, took my order and drove it to my son’s dorm herself. She would not take a tip or a delivery fee. It was kindness and customer service like I haven’t seen in a long time. Thank you!! And the juice was as good as the customer service!“

But this time I noticed the coffee hit me different… like so good it almost made me cry! I’m a Portlander and it immediately tasted like home - like some of the best coffee in the world. “What a beautiful coffee shop. It is next to their own clay manufacturing facility and the decoration is absolutely beautiful. Their garden is under shadow and full of clays. Coffee prices are fair compared to big names and their black coffee tastes sooo good. Highly recommend this coffee shop. Also the lady in the front was very kind. People in Oregon are soo kind and beautiful in their spirits compared to liberals of Washington state. Enjoy“

“Neat little Cafe with a fun theme and delicious coffee. My older kids said it was better than Starbucks so we ended up going twice! They even had a small fire truck in the parking lot. My littles loved the stuffed Dalmatian. Very sweet and helpful staff. They even give you a hot tamale with your hot coffee, too cute!

“I have a very specific order, I pick it up several times a week. I've ordered this in several different locations, in several states, nothing compares to the Main street store in walla walla. It's perfect every time! Also the crew in the morning are so friendly and amazing, especially Ariel and Mari. If Ariel is working every person walking through the door gets a warm welcome and the lobby always looks immaculate. Mari does my drink order better than anyone, it's so consistent and she has it done so fast. I don't go much in the afternoon, but when I do they don't miss either! This is my favorite Starbucks location across the state because of the level of service and the quality of that service! Can't recommend enough.“

“My expectations for a Starbucks were met at this venue. Service was quick and my beverage was made with no errors. Clerks were very helpful and suggested additions to my order since it was early in the morning and they suggested a breakfast pastry. I would not have purchased one if they had not suggested it. It was good and tided me over until breakfast 3 hours later.“
