“The workers here are mostly great! But WHAT is playing on the speakers? Everytime we go it's some story/plot/audiobook/something with sometimes rather disturbing narratives and pretty dramatic music. I feel like I'm feuling up to save middle-earth from Sauron's dominion everytime I eat a sandwich here.“

“I ordered a large Fire sandwich to go on a Friday evening around 5:30. There were three people ahead of me waiting for their orders, so I expected to wait a bit. It was 30 minutes before I got mine. I was excited to try this sandwich I heard so much about: delicious, stuffed with meat, etc. I put half in the fridge and unwrapped the other half. I expected it to be squished, but did not expect it to be so thin, even though I ordered without cheese. I opened the sandwich and there was lettuce, lots of jalapenos, a 1-inch piece of bacon, and a small amount of thinly sliced turkey. I unwrapped the other sandwich and found it was the same except for it had 3 small pieces of bacon. Everything was drowning in mayo sauce. I was so disappointed. I rewrapped the other sandwich, and ate the first one. It was ok. Bread delicious as advertised, but overall it tasted like a mayo, lettuce, and jalapeno sandwich. I did not want to call them out on social media and you cannot FB message them so I emailed pictures along with telling them my experience. I heard nothing back. I finally replied to one of their posts and got a snarky response. When the owner realized I was serious along with me posting a picture, he said that wasn't up to their standards and I could call or come by to have my sandwich replaced. I thanked him and said I would come by the next time I was in the area. That next time was yesterday. I drove 30 minutes out of my way to come by after a Spring Break trip with my grandchildren. I introduced myself to the owner and he remembered me. He said I was supposed to call so we could talk and after reviewing the photos, there was nothing wrong with my sandwich and he would not be replacing it. Conveniently, the post where that discussion took place has been taken down. He also explained how many ounces of turkey go on each size of sandwich. I worked in food service many years and know my way around a food scale. I thanked him and left. I don't need my order replaced by someone who reneges on their promise to make things right, but I will surely make sure everyone knows my experience.“

“First time I've ever come here and the food was delicious! The hoagie bread so delicious and soft. The sandwiches were larger than I was expecting and filled with toppings. The chili was also super good and well seasoned. Front of house were really nice and attentive. 10/10 would come again.“

“After five extremely frustrating, and painful years, Dr. Kim, and his Family oriented practice, took over my care. In January, and February of this year, Dr. Kim performed two Spine implant Surgeries on me for severe back pain that was not responding to medicinal, and, or physical therapy treatment.I've been slowly regaining my life post surgery, and with continued care from Dr. Kim, and his Staff, I'm so excited, and looking forward, to a future with less pain. May the good Lord continue to Bless, and guide Dr. Kim, as he continues his work in helping others, who like me, have endured many years of horrible pain?“

“I work nearby you guys in Hawks prairie and last Friday I came in (side note your facility is always very clean and that's very important to me as a customer) for lunch. I was having one of those Fridays where things just weren't going so well and I was trying not to let the stress get to me so I wanted to get a nice meal for myself. Well as all bad days go my card got declined at checkout and I couldn't access my bank's mobile app to fix my issue. I had no other form of payment I was already 15 min into my 30 min lunch and was really trying to not become unglued. But thanks to the assistant manager (tall light skinned really pretty woman) who came in and paid for my lunch. Who freaking does that??? I think your name is Jamie...Thank you thank you thank you a million times thank you. The compassion and generosity you've shown me really makes me proud of our community and how we take care one another. ❤“

“But the first time I went I wasn't happy at all. So I left a comment about how rude they are. So management called and asked me to please give them another try but I didn't. it had been over a year later and my daughter goes two times a week and eats there when she's at the Library. So she bagged me to try it and said that the guy there is so nice and makes perfect sandwiches So I gave in and went. I'm so happy I did they have done a awesome job on training employees. and I will for sure be telling my friends to give it a try. They also had a bad experience the first time. Good job guys!!!!!“

“Went in this evening with my Wife and the visit was a total disaster!
Limited time special was a Spicy Chicken Italian and a Chicken Breast sandwich attempted to order the chicken breast clerk tried to give me the Spicy Italian called him on it and then was told they didn't have the fixings to make the Chicken Breast ans actually they had never been delivered.
Then I ordered a Ham and Turkey with Bacon and Swiss. When I got home, I found out I only got Ham and Bacon with Swiss .
My Wife's sandwich was a ride on the struggle bus as well.
From now on I think we'll being taking our Business to the University Place Jersey Mikes“

“Well apparently you have to say that you want the "after 2 PM Meal Deal" otherwise they ring you up as a normal meal. But for me, they corrected it, so buyer beware. I do appreciate the reward system they have. It has some good discounts.“
“The bread was ok, not real tasty. Pretty small size for the price. A sign on the counter said to tell the sand which crew what you want on the sand which, listed all their veggies, etc. when I finished paying and getting change, the sandwhich was getting wrapped. No chance to ask fore anything. Came with tomatoe and lettuce. Slathered with mayo and made the veggies slide out when biting into the thing. Won't be back.“

“Food is good, no complaints. Close to several bases so it's conveniently placed. Tables were clean when I was here as were the floors. Overall, solid 4/5. Soda machine had some drinks that were not working so I didn't put 5/5.
Vegetarian options: They definitely serve to everyone
Dietary restrictions: They have lots of options
Parking: They're doing construction on the adjacent street so it's a small hassle to get here currently. But, I'm sure that will be resolved soon.

“One of the nicest Subways you’ll ever visit - just the opposite of a Subway you will find in a gas station. My sandwich artist was very meticulous in assembling my sub. And just the opposite of the actions of the sandwich artist I had at another Subway in the area on Monday. Today, the sandwich artist took his time and gave me plenty of veggies along with the meat. So refreshing to come across an employee who actually cares to do his job well!“
