“A new favorite when we visit our daughter in the PNW. We can drive up, order and eat in the vehicle together with her pup too! The shakes are delicious. I learned from the first time and ordered a Jr. Burger the 2nd time around. These burgers are delicious and huge! Oops! Not enough to share with the pup. Don't worry, we had fries & breaded mushrooms galore! No onion rings for dogs though, sorry. Not good for them. A lick of my Dream Sickle shake made up for it. There is picnik seating and a park just next door. Lovely hanging flower baskets and very clean and up kept. Looking forward to returning for another Wally burger next time I'm in Washington.“

“Customer service is definitely not a priority at the Snoqualmie location. The food is fine but we had an unfortunate experience with the service on a take order a few weeks ago. We ordered online and received a confirmation email with an estimated pick up time. When I arrived, at the time indicated on the order email, the employee at the counter couldn't find our order. Another employee, presumably a manager came and looked and told me they failed to acknowledge our order and hadn't started making it yet. I ended up waiting another 25 minutes after arriving at the store. I understand that things happen and wouldn't have been bothered by it, except that the employees didn't even apologize. Since the error was on their end, it wouldn't gone so much farther if they had apologized for the delay. They couldn't have cared less about the inconvenience and it made for a really strange experience. I followed up with an email to the contact address on their website to let them know about the experience and never heard back. I'm really surprised at their lack of customer service and especially the lack of response after reaching out.“
