“Shiva provided the best service I’ve ever had at a sushi restaurant. Michael came in to relieve him and made sure we were fully satiated with our meals. Both Shiva and Michael gave us a great conversation and delicious food. Some of the best presented sushi as well. I’ll definitely be back. I would give this a 10⭐️if I could.“

“I cannot recommend this restaurant enough, this place is wonderful!!! The staff are super friendly, the food is out of this world, the atmosphere is crazy fun, and it's celiac safe with only a couple menu items that can't be made gluten free! They have video games to play, a small mini golf area, all kinds of toys, games, comic books, and a whole section for Pokémon cards. Even their prices are incredibly reasonable on everything they sell. We will definitely be back!“

“I contacted the catering manager who was very prompt in helping contact the MV store to put in a 9 pizza catering order for high school students. The store was able to work with my target time for pickup and arrange for an employee to come in a bit earlier than usual to have everything ready to go at my requested pickup time. Great experience, efficient communication, positive attitudes - thanks for making it all work!“

“Truly excellent teriyaki.

Had friends in town who can’t eat gluten, and they wanted whatever I considered Seattles signature dish so I had to find them teriyaki. Called Himitsu and they kindly explained my options (all the teriyaki is gluten free, the fried rice CAN be if you specifically order it gluten free). When I picked up the food they were kind and friendly with a big smile.

The food itself was fantastic. Fried rice was excellent, and the teriyaki is of the less saucy variety. While the chicken didn’t have a lot of sauce it was well marinated and seasoned so it was very juicy and flavorful. Our favorite was the beef. It was thin, tender, and no unpleasant gristle to be found.

Our friends loved it and we now have an option we’d happily recommend to anyone, whether they can have gluten or not!“

“They couldn't get us in at the renton Applebee's. We waited a half hour. Then the told us it would be another hour. So called up the kent Applebee's and spoke to Adrian. She got us in right away. There were 13 of us. The food was great. The service was great. Adrian stopped by and checked on us. I really want to give her a huge shout out. She saved the day. Our server Shanyah was 10 out 10. “The cashier was extremely polite and genuinely helpful. She walked me through signing up for Rewards so I could actually get the most out of my visit, and she did it with patience and good energy. The mozzarella bites were hot and really good, and the Watermelon Twist hit exactly how it needed to....fresh, sweet, and perfect for a quick break while working in the area. I’ll definitely be back whenever I’m nearby for work.“

“Ordered a pork Banh mi it was good, wished it had few more strands of cilantro but otherwise it was pretty good. Ordered Thai iced tea and a taro bubble tea, both great! I wasn’t a fan on their broth, I usually get flank meat but they only have steak. Will be back for more Banh Mi and drinks!“

“Something special for a particular fan... I enjoy Mongolian beef, but only when fixed extremely spicy. I like this little shop's standard Teriyaki and come regularly; and decided to challenge them to see if they could meet my Spicy requirements. It was a wonderful joy and the best Spicy Mongolian I have had in many years.“

“This evening, I ordered to go a Chile Relleno which is delicious, sadly it seems they were too busy, and forgot to include the chips, which I love too. To let them know about it, I ask for someone who speaks Spanish, this person spoke with me for a little while, and after I complained about the missing chips in the order, all of a sudden she asked me if I wanted to speak with the manager, I was surprised of this offer, but still I said, it was OK. Then the manager began speaking in English. I am writing this opinion for two reasons, the first one: I love the chips and I always want them in my order. And the second one: is to bring to your attention, the lack of respect to the Spanish speaking people visiting your restaurant, many of them choose you, because you speak Spanish there. I do not understand why? the girl had me speak with an English spoken manager, ( it sounded weird to me, since I did not request it) I thought, it was maybe because they did not want to be bothered, and they know that a limited english proficient person will not continue her/his complaint due to the language barrier. Please do not lower the standard of service with our Latino Families, we are your clients, pay the same and many times tip you more for a good service, we deserve an excellent service experience too. “Great foods! It's currently take-out only (since Covid), so there isn't much on atmosphere. The service is efficient. Just know that you are here for the amazing foods. The best Indian/Pakistani foods we have tried in this area. We especially like the Keema and Bhalti Ghosh, but the other items are good too. Make it spicy to your taste, but for us, at least 3/5 or higher for it to have enough kick.“
