I reached out on behalf of Communities of Color Coalition to inquire about availability for our 11th annual race conference. We were planning 100 to 150 people and Aloria was so helpful in communicating, answering all our questions, meeting our dietary restrictions (including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free), and allowing us to order some sample items, ahead of time. The day of our conference, She was on time and was able to get everything set up with some instructions provided. Overall, all of our conference attendees loved the food and the mashed potatoes were an all-time favorite. We were so grateful she was able to provide utensils and boxes and an additional fee for our attendees and staff food home. One order of raw salmon and seared salmon fed three people with one or two pieces left over.“
