We’ve also ordered the large round charcuterie board many times and they always come out so beautifully with high quality ingredients. Highly recommend!!“

Not only was it an amazing experience for our guests to watch them cook during the cocktail hour, but the taste and portion size of the food absolutely blew everyone away. A lot of times wedding buffet food is average, but I can tell you if you hire Paella House you will walk away with happy and full guests that had a fresh, hot, memorable meal. I reached out on behalf of Communities of Color Coalition to inquire about availability for our 11th annual race conference. We were planning 100 to 150 people and Aloria was so helpful in communicating, answering all our questions, meeting our dietary restrictions (including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free), and allowing us to order some sample items, ahead of time. The day of our conference, She was on time and was able to get everything set up with some instructions provided. Overall, all of our conference attendees loved the food and the mashed potatoes were an all-time favorite. We were so grateful she was able to provide utensils and boxes and an additional fee for our attendees and staff food home.
