“Stopped in after my husband and I have been wanting to try out there sandwiches. My husband got the Reuben and I chose the Veggie. I have to say, it was the best sandwiche I have had in a long time! Bread was fresh, and so were all the veggies! My husband Reuben was fantastic also! Just how a Reuben should taste. So happy we have an awesome sandwiche place so close to home. We definitely will be back often!

“Since moving from across the US this little coffee place has become our family's favorite!! The baristas are always so nice and quick! I'm having fun tasting the different options and it's hard to choose a favorite but the caramel white mocha is definitely up there for me.

“Gravity Coffee has always been a good choice when you know what you want. I say that because they do not have seasonal drinks or specials, just a solid menu. I got the Hyperspace today with regular coffee instead of white coffee, it was good!“

“This place has super friendly folks and fair prices and lots of cute knick knacks for sale. It's extremely conveniently located for my commute back to Seattle, so I come here fairly often. My only minor nitpick is actually about the quality of their espresso: they pretty consistently pull rather bitter shots. I can't tell if it's a training issue or an issue with service on their machine or perhaps just the beans they use or the consistency of the grind, but it's always off. I asked them to pour their shots directly over ice which seems to help a little bit but I do wish this place could consistently deliver solid expresso. If you're reading this and work there: check for residuals on the group head and shower screen, Ensure the grind is not too fine, and don't over-tamp the coffee. If it tastes sour it's being overextracted the above should fix this.“

“I visited the drive-through around noon and ordered a hot latte along with a cheese danish. When I received my order, I noticed that the cheese danish was cold. Unsure if I had requested it to be warmed, I asked the barista for clarification. Her response was unexpected; she mentioned that it might be due to the packaging.

While I didn't expect a replacement, I was taken aback by her response. Having been a loyal Starbucks customer for some time, this interaction was disappointing and did not reflect the high standards associated with the brand. I hope my feedback can contribute to improving customer service in the future. Thank you.“

“The grape cheese foam drink is my favorite boba drink in Federal Way, I usually hate grape flavored anything but decided to try it since I've never seen grape flavored drinks. I don't regret it, it's super yummy. My sister got the strawberry frostie with cheese foam, also a great choice!“

“The strawberry and cream cheese croffle is amazing. You can’t go wrong with either the strawberry or Oreo bingsu either. Every single macaroon is amazing and is double the filling of a regular macaroon. The flavors are fun and they all look too cute or pretty to eat. All of the signature drinks are to die for and the teas are spot on delicious!“

“Affordable, fresh, and delicious bread/cakes/drinks. Plenty of cake selections and flavors, plenty of pastries to choose from, caffeinated drinks and non-caffeinated drinks are in the menu as well. You can order drinks at the kiosk to skip the line. There are a few tables inside the cafe to wait for your order or to just hang out. I love their Vietnamese coffee!!! It’s the only reason I go here. I try to go when I work bc it’s literally down the street! Highly recommended when you happen to be in Federal Way!“
