“I’ve been away from the area for a couple of years. I wondered in to the Tacoma downtown location today and was entirely blown away by this incredibly designed space. The menu! The employees! The vibe! Is this the most beautiful vibe I’ve ever had with my coffee!!? Yes, I think so. Goodness they couldn’t have done a better job with this place😍“

“Busy, but friendly and efficient staff handled it well, so not too long waiting. Well worth it for the nice frosty coffee drinks!😀“

“I ordered a half sweet black sesame latte. The barista was very nice and also asked me if there was enough sesame in case she needed to adjust. That was very considerate and I appreciate those touches.

As for the cafe, it is in a small Korean shopping center and is on the smaller side. But, it was nice and quiet with a few tables and then a couple of bar-style seating around. The music and the voices were at a lower volume and had I my computer, I would have camped out for a while.

But, maybe for the next time I visit.“

“I go to this Jumpstart every single day and I'm always greeted with smiles and great service. I remember, after only two times coming here London already had my drink memorized and it takes only a couple minutes for me to get my espresso! I would highly encourage her supervisors to consider a raise! We need livable wages in our communities and coffee is surely one of those thing I would be happy to pay another 50¢ for if it means the lovely staff makes a better hourly wage! “Gravity Coffee is one of my favorite coffee drive thrus in Washington and I know my family loves them too. Their coffee tastes amazing, the service here is friendly and quick, and they also love giving our fur babies treats and attention. This is the newer Federal Way location and it is a bit of inconvenience to get to but the drive thru itself is fine. They have a large menu with pictures as well as short descriptions which I appreciate as there are a lot of coffee drive thrus that don't provide much else except the price and what they offer. If the line gets too busy, they usually send out a person to come take your order which is great too as I'm sure the reason why people stop by drive thrus is due to limited time or wanting to get something quick.“

“I will have to say that I was really pleased about the good customer service that I've been receiving there along with the other Starbucks in the Federal Way area they've all stepped up their game at least when I've gone in or through drive-thru The food and coffee have been hot The customer service is always polite I really enjoy to see the little writings on the cups at times a happy faces have a nice day All the positive things to be put on a cup I would say very much keep up the good work I know that you guys get a lot of traffic at times but just the attitude and the little things you do in the cups now and some things make a big difference in customer service.
So the owner wanted me to reach out to them and wanted to talk to me in person I call up and talk to some girl Christina or something like that Crystal or sorry can't remember her name but instead she keeps wanting me to talk to the property manager on duty when I told her I did not want to talk to them I want to talk to the owner like he or she asked me to do we still got nowhere so after getting frustrated and drilled about by by the person there on the property management team and they could not do a simple job like give me the phone number for the owner or relay the message of my phone number to them how bad do they really want to resolve these issues things have not gotten any better same side of the street but I showed you is all messed up with cars being broken and garbage they've cut trees down Left the pieces there for people to come take them if they want them but of course no one can see him over there it's too hard to get into him so now it's just another ice or cause on that side apartment complex. If you enter their facility using the 312th Street entrance it is all kept up real nice and grass and pretty and always on top of things however if you use the exit point off the other side which most people do not see it is a cluster it's a eye sore cars broken down glass windows broken broken out and also no places to park inside because they don't have any parking spots at all you have to worry if you're delivery person there if you're going to be blocked in or maybe if you get tied up have a carby get ready towed you got to have your garbage outside of your porch on your house on a certain day for pickup and then of course they charge you $25 too have your garbage taken away I even gone as far now to see that you got people from your complex going down to the park at Adelaide to use the garbage down there to get rid of their garbage so they don't have to pay the fee not to mention seeing some of the furniture and other stuff that's from the apartments that have been vacated and stuff in up well outside of course in the curbside out there that you don't see it cuz you know the city will come through and pick it up for you and do your job I'm waiting now again to see if the manager sorry not manager if the owner's going to reach out to me and want to talk to me about these small incidents just now there's still occurring that I can bring up more I'm not changing my review I'm trying to be nice and give you a chance to correct it and talking about what I'm seeing and maybe come down and do a walk through with me on the other side apartment complex building which are kept up a lot better than the other side if you're going to rent this place I'd recommend you come in from the other side of the complex and look at the difference between how the buildings are maintained and kept up and the yard maintenance there too so I will call back later this week to see if you left me a phone number for me to call to talk to you the owner that's what you said you were the owner and wanted to talk to me not the property management team so have amazing weekend let's see if you guys can manage to do a simple task on your own at this point I seriously doubt it you can't even run the apartment complex and whoever you have for maintenance t“

“My boyfriend and I frequent the BECU ATM nearby every so often and if Asensio Coffee is open then we will stop by. They have seasonal specials which is always a win for my boyfriend and I as we love trying out new specials. The staff here greeted us warmly and was very patient with the customer before us who was buying a gift card and helped us with the same professionalism and friendliness. We stopped by recently to grab their fall drinks and I saw on the sign that the drink I chose pairs well with a pumpkin spice whipped cream. It is extra so I decided against it. We found a spot to sit at while we waited for our drinks and not only did the employee hand delivered our drinks to us but told me she added the pumpkin spice whipped cream for me. I thought that was super sweet of her that makes the visit all the more special and reason to visit. They do also have a reward system that we joined too.

The store is well maintained and there are plenty of seating and tables for all sorts of groups or sole patrons. They have some handcrafted goods to buy as well. We asked if they were dog friendly and they said dogs are welcome so we definitely will stop by more often as the weather gets colder.“
