“This was by far the most delicious and incredible Italian food I’ve had in my life. The service was impeccable. I truly felt like a queen, and my daughter and I were treated like absolute royalty from the moment we walked in.
A huge shoutout to our amazing server, Christina, who delivered not only phenomenal food, but a surreal customer experience. She was attentive, knew all the specials by heart, and was genuinely warm and pleasant throughout the night.
I’ll definitely be returning to this outstanding restaurant to celebrate more anniversaries and milestones, just like I did tonight. The view is stunning, the atmosphere is beautiful, and the customer service is unmatched.

“This place reminds me of what "health food" stores were like in the 90s. Staff are very helpful and share a kind of philosophical positivity that comes from a less pressured time. I also find items that I don't find in PCC or Central Coop in Seattle. I would shop more often if I lived nearby.“

“My boyfriend and I frequent the BECU ATM nearby every so often and if Asensio Coffee is open then we will stop by. They have seasonal specials which is always a win for my boyfriend and I as we love trying out new specials. The staff here greeted us warmly and was very patient with the customer before us who was buying a gift card and helped us with the same professionalism and friendliness. We stopped by recently to grab their fall drinks and I saw on the sign that the drink I chose pairs well with a pumpkin spice whipped cream. It is extra so I decided against it. We found a spot to sit at while we waited for our drinks and not only did the employee hand delivered our drinks to us but told me she added the pumpkin spice whipped cream for me. I thought that was super sweet of her that makes the visit all the more special and reason to visit. They do also have a reward system that we joined too.

The store is well maintained and there are plenty of seating and tables for all sorts of groups or sole patrons. They have some handcrafted goods to buy as well. We asked if they were dog friendly and they said dogs are welcome so we definitely will stop by more often as the weather gets colder.“

“I ordered their 5 piece cod and a side of cornbread. I haven't been to an Ivar's in years, but I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was quiet. It was nice sitting down at a restaurant and not being bombarded by loud music. The interior is small, but the seats are still roomy. I would post a pic of my food, but I ate it.“

“The Gyros House is located in the food court of Federal Way Mall I have tried a lot of places that offer Gyros but this restaurant is the only one that makes it in the proper way and what I like the most is the freshness that make us comeback to eat there every time that we are near by.

“I would like to share my experience with this restaurant. The behavior of the owner was unprofessional and unpleasant, which made the visit uncomfortable. Additionally, the quality of the food, particularly the buffalo dishes, was disappointing and did not meet expectations. The restaurant also lacked a clear or organized system for service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend visiting this establishment“

“An unassuming strip mall location hides the best Chinese restaurant in Federal Way.The staff are very welcoming, and make you feel right at home. The food is amazing, with vegetables cooked properly, and textures as they should be. Flavors are great. When cooking different vegetables together, some require more or less time to cook, but there is never an undercooked or overcooked vegetable, even in the same dish, meaning they take time to make sure they add ingredients in at the right time to make sure everything is cooked properly. Most other restaurants will just shove everything in a wok and it leads to some vegetables being overcooked and others being undercooked, these guys do it right. Definitely will be going here more often.“

“The red hair gentleman at the front counter has amazing customer service. He was helpful and friendly to me, and the guy in front of me in line. He seems like he loves his job which is awesome to see now days. He was friendly, quick, and knows his stuff. I don’t leave many reviews to places but I couldn’t help but saying something.“

“I just started coming into the federal way Applebee's. I started going to the Renton Applebee's because that is where I'm from. I was pleasantly surprised how great the Federal Way Applebee's is! James is such a great employee! He is very attentive and sweet. I never had to wait for anything.“

“Last year they were decent. But now they are absolutely amazing I have gone two times in the last month or two and the food was a 10 out of 10 every time. Very reasonably priced. And they pack your take out tray I almost wasn't able to finish both times.“
