“I go to this Jumpstart every single day and I'm always greeted with smiles and great service. I remember, after only two times coming here London already had my drink memorized and it takes only a couple minutes for me to get my espresso! I would highly encourage her supervisors to consider a raise! We need livable wages in our communities and coffee is surely one of those thing I would be happy to pay another 50¢ for if it means the lovely staff makes a better hourly wage! “The Gyros House is located in the food court of Federal Way Mall I have tried a lot of places that offer Gyros but this restaurant is the only one that makes it in the proper way and what I like the most is the freshness that make us comeback to eat there every time that we are near by.

“Great service from the staff and the food was great. The food didn't take long and it was warm and ready to eat when I got home. They give you a buzzer which is nice so you can sit in your car while waiting when the weather isn't great.“

“The strawberry and cream cheese croffle is amazing. You can’t go wrong with either the strawberry or Oreo bingsu either. Every single macaroon is amazing and is double the filling of a regular macaroon. The flavors are fun and they all look too cute or pretty to eat. All of the signature drinks are to die for and the teas are spot on delicious!“

“We had an early dinner yesterday and had such a great experience, from the kind owner, who ran the whole place by herself during that time, to the food, to the cleanliness. Everything was fresh. The place is clean from kitchen to dining area to the restroom.

The food was delicious, but we were in such a rush that I forgot to take photos of the food we ordered: grilled pork banh mi, bun bo hue, and kids pho with tofu. The tofu seemed freshly made. Everything was delicious!

The prices were reasonable and affordable.

“Wanted to try one of their new releases and it didn’t disappoint. The flavor was there and it wasn’t too sweet, which I personally prefer. They have a self order kiosk which made everything smooth to order. The people making the drinks were cranking them out at a decent pace. I ordered and got my drink in less than 5 minutes.“

“I do recommend them because they're a great way to donate to those who need help. but on that same note, the cooks need pay closer attention to the product. The biscuits were burned today, hard as a rock on the bottom and a weird heavy texture in the middle. I did say something. the guy working at agreed with me and offered to give me something else, but I told him not to worry about it. I think that the cook needs to pay better attention however. Beyond that everyone there is really sweet, but the service can be rather slow.“

“Gravity Coffee has always been a good choice when you know what you want. I say that because they do not have seasonal drinks or specials, just a solid menu. I got the Hyperspace today with regular coffee instead of white coffee, it was good!“

“Very cute and cozy spot!! The service is always attentive and we’ve loved every drink we’ve had here! We’ve tried their matcha, pumpkin spice matcha, corn cream latte, einspanner, grape ade, korean pear ade and all of them have been fantastic.

Also, their basque cheesecake is delicious — sweet potato and chestnut has been our favorite. I appreciate their hours, so I can get a yummy drink in the morning or in the evening. A good spot to work or study and hang out in.“

“Affordable, fresh, and delicious bread/cakes/drinks. Plenty of cake selections and flavors, plenty of pastries to choose from, caffeinated drinks and non-caffeinated drinks are in the menu as well. You can order drinks at the kiosk to skip the line. There are a few tables inside the cafe to wait for your order or to just hang out. I love their Vietnamese coffee!!! It’s the only reason I go here. I try to go when I work bc it’s literally down the street! Highly recommended when you happen to be in Federal Way!“

“I only come to this location because of Niki’s excellent customer service. There aren’t a lot of drive thru coffee shops anymore that provide the positive atmosphere like Niki does, she always has a smile on her face ready to serve and make your day brighter!“
