“Excellent service from Elizabeth! She was so friendly and attentive! I ordered brisket with mac & cheese and potato salad and my friend ordered the bacon & blues burger with a brisket add on and talk about mouth watering! We also ordered the fried pickle jar and highly recommend that appetizer! We saved our leftovers for the next day and it went just as hard! Amazing hospitality from this establishment and the vibe was so country it felt like we were back home in Texas! Don’t skip out on the banana pudding and a big thank you to management and the cooks who help keep the place running smooth!“

“How did I wait 6 years since moving to Tacoma to try this gem? Roast duck noodle soup. A drumstick, some thigh and some breast in a perfectly seasoned savory broth and egg noodle with just the right bite. The chives and bock choy are a perfect crunch. It’s hard to eat while smiling this big Don’t plan to come here, do it, do it now. Beats anything I ever had in seattle. Or LA/San Fran for that matter.“

“After I started smoking meat myself, bbq restaurants were ruined for my wife & I.Our home product is usually much better. This is the first bbq restaurant we were happy with. My 4 Sons is great barbecue! I got the brisket and it had a FANTASTIC bark! The sides were great, too! Mac & Cheese was smokey & on point. Broccoli salad & baked potato salad were really good. We plan to return this weekend for burnt ends & jalapeño cheddar sausage links I wish My 4 Sons was in my hometown!“

“Terry is great and all the smoked meats were Heavenly. The smoked Buffalo chicken Mac and cheese is so freaking good. I barely talked the whole time I ate because I kept wanting to fill my mouth with food. The wings fell right off the bone.“

“The food here is so good and tastes just like BBQ should. The place is a hole in the wall, but the food is incredible. The cost is comparable to other bbq places and portions are decent size, no complaints. You can smell the meat and see them smoking it outside. They have a new young man on the line that’s on the Autism spectrum and he is so sweet, fast, and made us want to support this restaurant even more. “ABSOLUTELY INSANE! This crust a soft with a little crunch to it, the flavor is authentic, the sauce is flavorful and rich, and the toppings are ALWAYS fresh! I have been to this spot 3 times now and every, single, time, they have gone above and beyond to assist me as best as possible! You can tell they really do put effort into their work. Hands down the best pizza I have tasted in forever. If you love pizza as much as me this is a must-try place.“

“I got the duck and BBQ pork lunch combo. First, the sauce they put on it is fabulous. The pork was actually my favorite. I’d never had Chinese BBQ duck before and it’s a little too fatty for me. The cabbage that comes with is very flavorful but it was cold. Maybe that’s how it’s supposed to be but it just surprised me.
There is extremely limited indoor seating. I’m talking 4 or 5 tables. And they serve everything in to-go containers.“

“L&L saved the day for catering! This was for my dad's memorial service. One medium pan is definitely enough food to feed 24 people. I had 24 people at the event and was unsure about the size so I got medium pan of beef short ribs, a medium pan of bbq chicken, and a medium of rice. There is so much food left over! Anyway, the service was really good and the guy behind the counter brought the box of food out to my car.

“This is a truly authentic Korean restaurant. The spicy stir-fried duck (ori jumulleok) is absolutely outstanding. Even people who don’t usually enjoy duck will find themselves loving this dish. “I will say that it was somewhat frustrating this place was out of so many options to place an order. The server/food preparer was very friendly, helpful & apologetic regarding the unavailable items. He was the only person we saw working in the entire place however there may have been someone behind the scenes. Many dirty tables, however w/ only 1 person visible & a constant flow of people ordering or picking up orders, we didn't see him have any downtime where he wasn't always working. The food we were able to order (pulled pork sandwich meal & 2 meat meal of smoked turkey & ribs) were good w/ decent portions. The BBQ sauce was very watery & unsure if this was how it comes or it was actually watered down.
The restaurant owner NEEDS to make some repairs to this location since it is a food establishment & the building inside appeared worn & in need of fixing.“

“love the mala hot! if you like spicy chicken this is one of the greatest hidden gems of Federal Way. a bit pricey at regular price, but they are always running specials. Definitely my go-to place for spicy chicken anywhere between Seattle and Tacoma.“

I only gave 4 stars because it wasn't anything insanely good, but it was solid.

The fries and ranch however are a total miss, do not waste your money on them. The fries were mid, tastes like the bag of frozen ones at a grocery store. The ranch was almost sour, like a cheap Kraft ranch salad dressing

“We had a few fabulous meals, delicious and spectacular! Pork vindaloo marinated in tamarind vinegar, fish and farm-chicken xacuti, crunchy colourful vegetables stewed in coconut milk, and more. Even a mundane ingredient like yellow pumpkin, cooked simply in earthen vessels, tasted complex and exotic. If you ever offer cooking classes, i'd love to learn the basics!“

“Great venue seen Colt Ford play there. The food was delicious, the drinks were outstanding, the service was right on top of everything. The stage know matter how far you sit away is about 150 feet away, great acoustics. A must go if you like live music, country feeling at a good price“
