“I always had a great rapport with Shelly at your A Street location and was wondering why she was let go. So I called the other location thinking that she moved over to the other location and was RUDELY greeted by some “God Awful Barista” there. I barely got in a sentence and she said, sorry, and HUNG UP on me. What kind of ATTITUDE brings this on and why did she compel to do what she did. I should’ve gotten her name but I could barely get in my complaint with her that this really irritated me for sure! “As someone who has been here probably 100 times, I cannot say enough good things about them! The coffee is fantastic, and the scones and cookies are not to be missed. I absolutely love the staff - Emily is so sweet & friendly and makes the absolute best coffee, and Tina is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! They are always quick even when they are busy. If you aren’t a “cupcake person” they have so many other options - definitely worth stopping by!“

“It's delicious. There is a beautiful boss and good customer service. This drink is the best I have ever drunk. It is beautifully decorated and clean. There are children's stools and children's toys, which are suitable for bringing children and dating couples.“

My friend and I got boba from the place next to HMART. Couldn’t even drink it cause it tasted so blehhh…So we went here and got 4 different flavors. My friend got Taro, I got strawberry matcha, strawberry tea and the roasted matcha drink. I can’t describe how delicious they are over these boring words. I will definitely keep coming back!!!“

“I ordered a half sweet black sesame latte. The barista was very nice and also asked me if there was enough sesame in case she needed to adjust. That was very considerate and I appreciate those touches.

As for the cafe, it is in a small Korean shopping center and is on the smaller side. But, it was nice and quiet with a few tables and then a couple of bar-style seating around. The music and the voices were at a lower volume and had I my computer, I would have camped out for a while.

But, maybe for the next time I visit.“

“My boyfriend and I frequent the BECU ATM nearby every so often and if Asensio Coffee is open then we will stop by. They have seasonal specials which is always a win for my boyfriend and I as we love trying out new specials. The staff here greeted us warmly and was very patient with the customer before us who was buying a gift card and helped us with the same professionalism and friendliness. We stopped by recently to grab their fall drinks and I saw on the sign that the drink I chose pairs well with a pumpkin spice whipped cream. It is extra so I decided against it. We found a spot to sit at while we waited for our drinks and not only did the employee hand delivered our drinks to us but told me she added the pumpkin spice whipped cream for me. I thought that was super sweet of her that makes the visit all the more special and reason to visit. They do also have a reward system that we joined too.

The store is well maintained and there are plenty of seating and tables for all sorts of groups or sole patrons. They have some handcrafted goods to buy as well. We asked if they were dog friendly and they said dogs are welcome so we definitely will stop by more often as the weather gets colder.“

“We have lived in several places and have tried lots of places here and elsewhere that sold banh mi sandwiches but these are the best banh mi sandwiches we have had! We think they might make their own buns because they are so very tasty and just as good as the fresh baguettes we had when we lived in France! The sandwich ingredients are fresh and flavorful and we especially love the wonderful paté they include on them, unless you tell them you are vegetarian or vegan. They make the paté themselves and it is also as delicious as any we used to have in France! We like their rice bowls too. If you haven’t been to the “Toast Mi”…located in Lacey…we highly recommend seeking it out and giving it a try. If you like banh mi sandwiches, you will be happy that you did!“

I have hated trying new places lately because I can’t get a good coffee. tried this place out for the first time and this is one of the better tasting coffees i’ve had in a long time! packed full of ice for my americano style and really good coffee shots!“

“The chips were on the thinner side which I like. I was nearly falling asleep at any moment after a long day, and the chips alone seemed to be just the fuel that I needed to make me feel much better! The salsa was also nice. I liked the consistency that was the right combination between smooth and chunky. I also thought it was a good amount of spiciness, and I didn't even ask if they had a spicier option like I do a lot of the time.“

“Just had breakfast from Simply Panini and everything was great *except* why would you use died green filler sauce and call it pesto? Pesto is olive oil, basil, garlic, and a nut element that could be skipped… so simple and delicious! It could even be mixed with mayo in the right proportions and be good. This sauce was an immediate red flag when I opened the container and it barely tastes like anything. The early bird breakfast sandwich would be so much better with a sauce made from real food.“

“I really enjoyed the food here! It was all delicious. The gumbo, their deluxe sandwich and an espresso cost just over $50 before tip, which feels pretty steep.

It took us about 10 minutes to get to order our food, and another 40 minutes for it to come out. Once it came out, the food was noticeably fresh and warm, which made it worth the wait for me! I loved the Mochanut Crunch Espresso as well. I got a side salad instead of chips with my sandwich, and it was very memorable. I appreciate when dining facilities make an effort to do more for a side salad than lettuce. I was pleased that there was an assortment of vegetables upon a bed of spinach.

Overall I will be returning for a relaxing weekend lunch, when I'm not in a rush to go somewhere afterwards.“

“I do recommend them because they're a great way to donate to those who need help. but on that same note, the cooks need pay closer attention to the product. The biscuits were burned today, hard as a rock on the bottom and a weird heavy texture in the middle. I did say something. the guy working at agreed with me and offered to give me something else, but I told him not to worry about it. I think that the cook needs to pay better attention however. Beyond that everyone there is really sweet, but the service can be rather slow.“
