“Came here with my kiddo and my fiancé. They both ordered the teriyaki chicken and I got the seafood yakisoba. It's a nice little restaurant and our server was very personable and friendly, she made us feel very welcome. We picked our table to sit as motioned from our server and the menu was pretty extensive. They had all sorts of mixes with bento boxes and a good menu of sushi. When she delivered our food, to say the helping was generous on every plate is an understatement. They charge about the same as other joints that serve about half as much as we were given. My kid likes super lean meat and I'll say theirs wasn't the leanest I've had, but that's just because he's a picky eater. My fiancé ate almost everything on his enormous plate. My yakisoba was pretty good too, a little on the salty side but that's a typical expectation when ordering yakisoba noodles. They are a little far from where I live but I'd definitely return if I was ever in the area again.“
“The food here is the star!!! The banh mi is jam-packed with delicious protein of your choice and pickled veggies. ??The decor is minimal so if you're looking for experiential dining, this ain't for you. But the food is ????. I'm coming back and recommending to my family and friends.Fave sandwich: coconut curry pork & shrimp“
“Popped in here on a whim the other day and am so happy I did. We got their pig ears, wontons, nine way noodles, and green Chili noodles. Every dish came out so flavorful and we will be returning very soon. The customer service was great! The workers here were attentive to and promptly refilled our water when they saw it was getting low, they even packed our food when we were done! I'm so glad to have another favorite restaurant in Federal Way to go to!“
“I always pass this place on my way to work but since that part of Kent is zombie land I avoid going to any business there. I am glad I took the chance and didn't let the tweeker in the parking lot deter me. The service was fast, place clean, and food delicious.“
“Dining area was spacious and great for family dining. Waiting area had couple seats while waiting. We love getting the lunch special. It's a great deal. Our first time dining in, they provided an amazing service. Food came quick and hot. Our go to is the general Tao and orange chicken. The sauce is coated so well on both. The general Tao has a spicy sweetness whilst the orange chicken has the bright orange sweet flavor along with a salty soy. Chicken on both was crispy, juicy and good chunk of meat. Our server was lovely and attentive. Would love to come back for dinner to try their dragon bites and maybe order a couple of drinks from their bar. They have a great space in the bar area“
“Cozy little teriyaki shop. Drive by here all the time, but never stopped by. Glad I did! Great teriyaki and gyoza. The fountain drink dispenser was out of carbonation, but they have a ton of bottled drinks available in the reach-in fridge right next to it.Parking: It’s a busy area, so parking can be a little tight. But when we arrived, we were able to find a spot.“
“Very nice place. The food is delicious, good portions, and affordable prices. Good place for a date. It doesn't look the most attractive from the outside but the interior design is beautiful.Parking: The parking is behind the building but there's plenty of spots.“
“If you go with a group and plan on splitting the check, make sure you have cash or Venmo. This isn't cart Dim Sum. They have a QR code on the table that you will use your phone to order from. As a table, you can all select your dishes and order. Once you are ready, you submit your order. They only accept one credit card for a tab.The dishes were excellent and rival the Dim Sum spots in Renton, Bellevue, and the International District. We left stuffed and happy.Parking: Small parking lot on site.“
“This place has really good teriyaki and it's actually at an affordable price most teriyaki places are outrageously priced this place it was $15 for me to get chicken teriyaki breasts and 2 egg roll and it was delicious teriyaki I think I've ever had. This place is a hidden gem go there you won't be disappointed.Parking: Right directly across the street from the Rite aid at 72nd and Pacific Ave“
“The food here is just ok-good. I wish I ordered better drinks than the passion fruit green tea and pineapple green tea that were an additional add on for the bentos. Drinks at other Yifangs that I've been to all had great fruit teas. The bentos are not bad, but nothing to write home about.I'm sure this place is better than what my review sounds, it's just that I didn't order the right things.“
“Came here unexpectedly after the first restaurant we wanted to go to was closed for Easter. We got the Szechuan dumplings, Mongolian beef, honey walnut prawns, beef fried rice, and orange chicken. Everything was fantastic! The employee asked if we were sure we had enough rice, we should have gotten more because it was so freakin good. Will definitely be making this our regular Szechuan spot from now.“
“The hostess was very friendly and the food was quickly prepared and served. It was hot and fresh, and the fried rice was delicious. The General Tso chicken was just alright. It was very salty and had no heat, desperate being market as "spicy" on the menu. The price was also too high - a weekday lunch entrée with rice and a soda ran well over $20.Their soda options are limited to Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Root Beer, and Orange Fanta. The environment is very spacious and clean, with a warm and well-lit atmosphere.Wheelchair accessibility: Very spacious indoor environment, with plenty of room to fit a wheelchair at many tables.“
“The food was immaculate. The service was fast. And the ambiance was lovely especially when Isac was around. He was so kind and soft and vary polite. It was a great experience also i walk 7.3 miles just to get their 4 dumplings for 12$ then back“
“First time going here and could be the last, It took almost an hour to get our food, there was a birthday party but it really wasn't that busy. We got three items, Almond chicken, BBQ Pork egg foo young and chop suey. The almond chicken was good but the gravy tasted off. It tastes like bad tap water. The egg foo young was really good And the chop suey wasn't the best but it wasn't bad. The rice was dry and tasted stale. The waitress had kind of a cold shoulder to us. I understand she was busy but first impressions do make a difference. She did put our food on the table Kind of rough. The bathrooms were kind of dirty. Ultimately, we're glad we tried it. We've been wanting to try the almond chicken but unless we're out and about around there, we probably won't go again.“
“An almost hidden gem in Spanaway. Tucked away in a small strip mall is the best teriyaki I've ever had. The place has a pleasant and quiet ambiance. The food is simply amazing. Parking is adequate and easily accessed of Pacific Avenue. Staff is always very nice and happy to serve you. Check it out. You'll be glad you did.“
“Best bbq pork I’ve ever had in my life, 13.99 for a 3 entree combo with chow mein and fried rice amazing prices, very sweet staff, while I was in the restaurant eating they even gave a homeless man a free dish it is love and caring for the community like this that is what we need more of in the world. I love this place and will be taking my family here again very soon.Kid-friendliness: Brought my 2 year old in they had child drinks and high chairsWheelchair accessibility: No stairs to front door it’s just a ramp no curb either“
“Updated 3/8/2024:Still good food and reasonably priced. ?Original:Around $10 for a 3 item dinner combo (Pork fried rice, Pork chow Mein, and Sweet and sour chicken). The rice was cooked properly and chow mein was exactly what I was looking for, crunchy noodles under veggies and meat. If there was a low spot it would have been the sweet and sour chicken. It didn't have a bad taste or anything, and the actual cut of chicken was good. But the breading was a bit brittle and the sauce was a little bland. And the high point for me was the hot and sour soup, very flavorful! The Szechuan Chicken is also excellent. Overall, a pleasant experience and pretty good old school Chinese food. Love this place. Recommended!“
“I've been buying bbq pork buns from this bakery for about 8 years and I don't think I'll ever get tired of them. They're always consistent, fresh and tasty. Maybe a tad pricey but well worth it.Commons mall is always empty too but it's really nice to be able to get in and out quickly and not have to wait in lines plus it's close to the entrance too.“
“Highly recommend pollack soup and rice soupThe pollack soup is really refreshing. There is no taste of seasoning at all.The meat in the soup is very soft.I think they select the parts that taste good and use them. It's absolutely delicious. The owner is very kind and makes a great impression. It's a comfortable and comfortable place, like eating a home-cooked meal.“
“This has been our new go-to takeout spot since moving to South Hill. I've loved the crispy garlic chicken & crispy garlic beef - they both reheat well for leftovers! The small soup portion is a perfect size (egg drop was delicious!) Great website for online ordering & food is always ready quick. It's hard not to order on a weekly basis :)“
“Pork fried rice tonight was exceptional! The cook left the celery and onion with a little bit of crunch to it instead of cooking it until it was soft which was fabulous. Sweet and sour pork was great as was the cashew chicken which had perfectly cooked vegetables. Yum! Generous portions with their delivery. Have been my go-to place for Chinese delivery for a couple of years now.“
“Very good teriyaki and katsu. Portions are big and worth the price. Food is served hot and fresh. Staff is friendly. To go order was ready quickly. There is a lot of seating available if you would like to dine in. I plan on returning. Would definitely recommend!“
“A gem of a Chinese restaurant in Federal Way. We stopped here right after a soccer game and were lucky to get in before they closed. Service was very friendly and the place is very clean. The food is hot and tasty. We ordered some staples like House Special Chow Mein, Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings, and Garlic Chinese Broccoli. What stood out though was the barbecue. May May's does a great job with their barbecue. It's meaty (not too boney) and tastes really good.Give this place a try if you're ever in the area.“
“We went late afternoon on a Thursday which was ideal as there was no wait and the buffet was our oasis! It's usually packed on the weekends, but you still get a seat rather quickly. The outside area is not a good indicator of the niceness on the inside, so keep an open mind when attempting to go there. Inside you'll find an incredibly spacious dining area and a buffet with all the classic Oriental main attractions of Kung Pao chicken, Teriyaki Chicken, stir-fried rice, noodles, soups, sushi, the full-on self-create grill, and a full-on dessert bar, saldad bar, assortment of steamsed buns, as well as drinks and hot beverages. There's something for everyone and the service is amazing. Glad I tried it twice over!“
“The new owners have done an AMAZING job with the menu and food!! Lately it seems sushi has been small and underwhelming. I'm seriously impressed with the larger portions and quality at this hidden gem! Not only do they have teriyaki and sushi they also have Indian food! Although it was my first experience with such, I can't wait to go back! It was delicious!! There really is something for EVERYONE! Bonus the owners are super nice!“
“The cashier is very friendly, sweet and quick. There was never a time I ordered and I was disappointed. They are consistent with taste and delivery is fairly quick.Parking: The parking lot is shared by multiple stores in the area. Not once have I witnessed it packed. It's a place where people live in the area so the majority of people can walk.Kid-friendliness: It's not one time I walked in this place and recognized kids never came up for air. Their order must have been fulfilling.“
“Great service, large portions! It was my first time having jjajangmyeon and it was drastically better than the instant stuff from the grocery store! The marinated fried chicken was delicious and had a nice kick to it! Very welcoming atmosphere l!“
“Had a great experience ordering to-go from Magic Wok. Was in town just for a quick work trip and stumbled across this place. Food was good, very hot when picked up, and tasted fresh! Great options for vegetarians, which was wonderful because that isn’t often the case. Ordered vegetarian egg flower soup, veggie spring roll, and orange tofu.“
“This place was so good!!! This was my first time and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The service is great the food is delicious and best of all it’s so reasonably priced. I highly recommend doing a dinner combination I did the dinner for one and left so full and so were my pockets because of the pricing. I give this place two thumbs way up and will definitely be returning to try more of their menu.Parking: The parking lot is huge as they do share the location with many other establishments but it was not an issue finding somewhere to park“
“They have the best jjajangmyun and tangsuyuk in the Seattle area, with super friendly and prompt service. Jjajangbap is also really good. Trust me, I've tried all other Korean-Chinese restaurants in the north and south sides, and nothing compares to this place.“
“Food was great, server accidently threw away my left overs instead of boxing them. Without issue or even asking, they remade some of what I had ordered then kindly and quietly boxed it and brought it to me before I was ready to leave. 5 star service.Wheelchair accessibility: Door was heavy but they kindly opened it for me.“
“Delicious Food!!Huge portions!Warm and caring service! Feels like your at home for the holidays The ladies are sweet and they box up your To-go boxes for you. Rather than just handing you To-go containers and walking away like most places nowadays!!The Atmosphere is calming and you feel the pride they have in their business! Not many Restaurants like this around anymore unfortunately!I'd give them 10 stars if I could!!“
“If I am correct, then the roast duck at Dynasty BBQ Restaurant may be the most delicious and delicious among all the BBQ restaurants in the Seattle area. Of course, everyone has different tastes and preferences, and everyone has their own preferences for salted fish and carrots.“
“I ordered for pickup. I have been here before, but it's been awhile. Let me tell you...this place is legit! The meals as well as the service were amazing! Sooo good! There was little to no wait time and folks dining in, were able to be seated immediately. I recommend this place.“
“I can't say enough good things about Midori Teriyaki Wok! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warmth and hospitality. Their friendly demeanor instantly made me feel welcome. And let's talk about the food – it's absolutely amazing! Every dish is bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Whether it's their mouthwatering teriyaki chicken or their delectable sushi rolls, each bite is a culinary delight. I highly recommend Midori Teriyaki Wok to anyone craving delicious Asian cuisine served with a smile.“
“Best Teriyaki in western Washington, the chicken breast is juicy and gilled to perfection never dry, the sauce is robust and not runny, 10/10 wont eat Teriyaki from anywhere else anymore the only negative is a very small parking lot that has limited access during high traffic “
“First time and already liked it once I walked in the door. The smells are amazing with the traditional aroma's, smells clean and looks clean. Food is amazing and hits the spot. I'll definitely keeping coming g here.Kid-friendliness: Seen kids running around so I'm sure they are kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp to main door.“
“This is my favorite Asian food. Every time I go and try something new, it's always phenomenal. My favorite so far is the sweet and sour pork, but that doesn't mean that every dish isn't mind blowing. In fact I have never had one thing I wouldn't order again. I really love that they give you all the little sides with it. Their kim chi is mind blowing and it's always gone before our dish even gets to the table.“
“A real gem. I will definitely be back. Food wash fresh and really well prepared. I get nervous with places with a very large menu, that it will all be 'meh.' In a party of four, we had one brisket pho, one veggie pho, one tofu General Tso's and one teriyaki bento. We all loved what we got. Prices are very reasonable. Portions are LARGE. I got a 'regular' size pho and had plenty to take home. Service was great. Restaurant was bright, clean and well lit. Parking is very limited, but a small price to pay considering the overall experience.“
“We were a walk-in group of 9. I recommend calling ahead. The server was very nice, but we had some issues with who had ordered what. The price was good and the food was even better. Being attached to the casino, you don't leave smelling like smoke, although you well smell it while waiting for the elevator up to the restaurant. The views are nice and elevated, so you don't feel like it's right next to the highway. Worth it. Just call ahead for a larger group and be sure to check your receipts.“
