John has worked hard to customize 6 events with our PTA and has gone out of his way to help ensure that we had amazing events and met our goals. He’s diligently ensured that all insurance paperwork is in order with the school district, which is an extra lift for him that he graciously worked through. I genuinely can’t recommend him enough! His scooped ice cream is delicious, and the kids like the novelty bars. At our last event the line stretched down the side of the building because his truck was so popular! Do yourself a favor and call John for your next event, you’ll be glad you did! I’m so glad I stumbled on his website 3 years ago, he’s been an absolute asset to our PTA sponsored events!“

“I was on the for a 3 hr drive from Portland on my to Seattle I stopped by the tacoma mall just to look around and get something to eat before going on my way..This young black girl working at the DQ she was very rude I was in line actually the first one in line..she just passed me and ask the other people who's in line and I standing in front of her!??good 20 min waiting for her to finish whatever she was doing! If was a manager I get her fired! Poor customer service and attitude ? I left!

“I love this Coldstone. It may not have the frills or modern flavor mashups of the modern ice cream shops (like salt & straw) but the classics are on point. Their mint sundae thing is the best. All served up with great customer service- the perfect stop after a dinner out or on your way to a fun evening somewhere.“

“I love bubble tea and very picky about it. I went into TEAlicious and was blown away today! The owner was very friendly and cares a great deal about customer service and making sure you are happy before you leave. He had great recommendations and the puffles come in sweet as well as savory! Let me say BACON! My daughter and I enjoyed the atmosphere, puffles and our teas. They do not disappoint when it comes to food, atmosphere and service.“

“I went there tonight with a friend and had a Reeses Blizzard. The manager was very friendly and respectful to me and he has a great team working for him. They are all are very hard workers and very friendly and Helpful . They all knew there job was and fast .You don’t have to wait very long for what ever you are waiting for. “The closest Baskin Robbins to me and I'm so glad as this was one of my good to ice cream shops when I was younger, including whenever my mom and I stopped by the mall. The service here is usually good as the people are friendly. The person who was there on December 15 had a warm personality and she got my pick up ready on time. I was able to pick up my single scoop which is the birthday reward that they give you. I got the Winter White Chocolate and it was decent, I like the chocolate chunks in there. My only complaint was that it tasted like cherries or other fruit which means that the spoon they used to scoop it up wasn't clean or properly washed. The space looked clean and it seemed like the employee was organizing/cleaning the counter which shows that she doesn't just idle around.“

“I am writing to compliment the staff at the Pacific, WA Dairy Queen. Ozzie, Tiffany and Jeremy all have fantastic customer service skills. They make you feel welcome and seem genuinely happy to have you in their store. The food is also very good and service is fast. We live mush closer to another DQ, but we always go to this one in Pacific because of the staff there.“

“This was my first time stopping by Dick’s Burgers in Federal Way, and overall, it was a decent experience. The staff was friendly, polite, and very fast, which I really appreciated. My order came out quickly, and the service was smooth.

I ordered the Deluxe burger with a small drink and fries, and the total came out to $11.91. The root beer and the burger were both good and satisfying. The burger was simple but tasty, just what you’d expect from Dick’s. However, the fries were a bit disappointing—they were soggy and looked somewhat burnt, which took away from the meal.

One thing to note is that ketchup and other small dips cost 20 cents each, which was a little surprising, but not a big deal.

Overall, it’s a solid spot for a quick and affordable burger, and I’d consider coming back. Hopefully, next time the fries will be better.“

“Antojitos Michalisco is a fantastic little shop offering many flavors of sorbet and ice cream as well as many fruit based treats and classic Mexican street food favorites such as chicharron preparado, tostitlocos, elote, and esquites.

The staff are very friendly and happy to let you sample any of the flavors of sorbet and ice cream they have. They even have several flavors you aren't likely to find anywhere else.

There are tables and chairs to sit and enjoy your treats, and they have a TV playing movies or shows, which can be great for kids. When we visited last they were playing Despicable Me 3, which our kids loved to watch at they happily ate their ice cream.

They are very generous with their scoop sizes, and a single scoop there is the same size as a double scoop from other near by shops, for similar prices.

I highly recommend this shop.“
