I’ve eaten pho all over the Seattle area — from downtown Tacoma to Everett and Marysville — and I can confidently say that Top Pho in Fife is one of the very best. Having lived in Asia for six years, including time in Seoul, South Korea, I’ve experienced a wide variety of Korean and Southeast Asian cuisine. The pho here has an incredibly authentic taste, with rich, flavorful broth, fresh herbs, and perfectly prepared noodles. The portion sizes are generous, the prices are reasonable, and the service is warm and welcoming. The staff are kind and attentive, and the restaurant is spotless — clean, comfortable, and inviting. This has truly been one of the most positive dining experiences I’ve had. “First time at this place today. Gentleman server was very nice. Pho had wonderful flavor and portion. Quiet atmosphere. Some ideas that would make it even better would be a big glass of ice water next to the hot tea, the option of wood chopsticks and extra napkins on the tables, otherwise i would say its perfect. “Pho KT is the place to go for your Pho fix. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I’ve never seen a cleaner establishment. I always order the Pho Tai large and spring rolls, when I go in every Sunday they always remember me and my order. I simply just have to take a seat.“

“This review is based off of the one time I've gone. I went after work with my colleagues, they stayed and had their food, I got mine to go. All of them enjoyed their dishes. When I got home and ate my food, I was very surprised.
Because of where I live, I eat a lot of Vietnamese food. This place was definitely different. First of all, the staff were very nice. Secondly, the noodle salad was unlike others I've had. The highest praise goes to the shrimp. I've never had a shrimp roll as good as this was. The ingredients were fresh and delicious. I will definitely come back to try more dishes. A drumstick, some thigh and some breast in a perfectly seasoned savory broth and egg noodle with just the right bite. The chives and bock choy are a perfect crunch. We think they might make their own buns because they are so very tasty and just as good as the fresh baguettes we had when we lived in France! The sandwich ingredients are fresh and flavorful and we especially love the wonderful paté they include on them, unless you tell them you are vegetarian or vegan. They make the paté themselves and it is also as delicious as any we used to have in France! We like their rice bowls too. If you haven’t been to the “Toast Mi”…located in Lacey…we highly recommend seeking it out and giving it a try. If you like banh mi sandwiches, you will be happy that you did!“

“We had an early dinner yesterday and had such a great experience, from the kind owner, who ran the whole place by herself during that time, to the food, to the cleanliness. Everything was fresh. The place is clean from kitchen to dining area to the restroom.

The food was delicious, but we were in such a rush that I forgot to take photos of the food we ordered: grilled pork banh mi, bun bo hue, and kids pho with tofu. The tofu seemed freshly made. Everything was delicious!

The prices were reasonable and affordable.
