I’ve eaten pho all over the Seattle area — from downtown Tacoma to Everett and Marysville — and I can confidently say that Top Pho in Fife is one of the very best. Having lived in Asia for six years, including time in Seoul, South Korea, I’ve experienced a wide variety of Korean and Southeast Asian cuisine. The pho here has an incredibly authentic taste, with rich, flavorful broth, fresh herbs, and perfectly prepared noodles. The portion sizes are generous, the prices are reasonable, and the service is warm and welcoming. The staff are kind and attentive, and the restaurant is spotless — clean, comfortable, and inviting. I ordered #7 this time and thought it would be the same as the #5 I had on my previous visit. When I asked the owner about it, he kindly explained the difference. To my surprise, he even gave us an extra bowl of beef, which was such a thoughtful gesture.

“This review is based off of the one time I've gone. I went after work with my colleagues, they stayed and had their food, I got mine to go. All of them enjoyed their dishes. When I got home and ate my food, I was very surprised.
Because of where I live, I eat a lot of Vietnamese food. This place was definitely different. First of all, the staff were very nice. Secondly, the noodle salad was unlike others I've had. The highest praise goes to the shrimp. I've never had a shrimp roll as good as this was. The ingredients were fresh and delicious. I will definitely come back to try more dishes. “We have lived in several places and have tried lots of places here and elsewhere that sold banh mi sandwiches but these are the best banh mi sandwiches we have had! We think they might make their own buns because they are so very tasty and just as good as the fresh baguettes we had when we lived in France! The sandwich ingredients are fresh and flavorful and we especially love the wonderful paté they include on them, unless you tell them you are vegetarian or vegan. They make the paté themselves and it is also as delicious as any we used to have in France! We like their rice bowls too. If you haven’t been to the “Toast Mi”…located in Lacey…we highly recommend seeking it out and giving it a try. If you like banh mi sandwiches, you will be happy that you did!“
