“Sat before St. Patrick's Day. The place was BUSY. The place was CLEAN. Each person in line had atleast 2 orders. The guys back there were doing an amazing job keeping the line going. They were fast, friendly and got all orders correct and even asked if all were meals for an extra up-sale.Pricing is a little steep. Over $30 for 2 footlong and 1 half sandwich with just cheese and meat. Otherwise a great experience!Keep up the great work! These guys deserve a raise! :)“

“We go here all the time! Every single time the staff has been exceptionally nice even when we are using coupons or getting free food from our app. The ingredients are always fresh and the food is hot even after I drive home. So what if it’s fast food! You can really tell that the owner and management really care for their employees and it shows in the the employees amazing work ethic and kindness. I just want to give a kudos to all that work there because the service and food consistently stays amazing far proceeding most dine-in restaurants. If I could give 10 stars I would!

“5 stars We hadn’t been to this Carl’s Jr. in quite a while and had lots of questions about the menu. The team member at the drive-through was incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful as I took my time ordering and asked about several items. We had a few customizations in our order, and he cheerfully accommodated all of them without missing a beat. When we received our food, I realized I had forgotten to request a lettuce “bun” for my chicken sandwich instead of the potato bun. I offered to just buy some lettuce on the side to fix it at home, but the employee kindly checked with his manager and they actually remade the whole sandwich for me with the lettuce wrap. I was so impressed—they really went above and beyond! The service was excellent, and the food was fresh and delicious. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area. Thank you for such a great experience!“

“This place always has fresh, delicious food. The owners are so warm and welcoming. I love to stop here for my lunch break. I work in a dental office so I have to eat somewhere fast. Pico De Gallo offers real food, not fast food quality, that is ready quick enough for those with a busy schedule.“

“I went there tonight with a friend and had a Reeses Blizzard. The manager was very friendly and respectful to me and he has a great team working for him. They are all are very hard workers and very friendly and Helpful . They all knew there job was and fast .You don’t have to wait very long for what ever you are waiting for. “We were feeding 30 youth in our program. Frugals came through with having the order almost done as we got there. They dropped the fries just before our pickup time. The youth loved them, didn't even ask for cheese for the burger, which was surprising.

“I came in on a Sunday during busy hours and only 1 lady working up at the front. Got my order right, was nice and fresh, and dining was clean. For the location, it was a good relaxed place to eat. What bothered me, was the chair backs. It says "stay clam" with a upside down "a". Made me tilt my head thinking "whoa?"

Parking: During peak hours you might find one or 2 parking spots open.“

“While probably not the best choice as far as health goes- I do really like ordering on the mobile app and then picking up at the window. Much easier to order and faster thru the line. I have a loud (ish) car and it doesn't like the drive through much. Side pipes are murder for those you know.“

“It's been years that I've been able to find a place to safely make me a Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Well the awesome workers at this store went out of their way to make this happen for me. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY amazing the best Philly cheesesteak! Thank you Jersey Mike's for the awesome customer service! We love the Ham sandwich too. So now I have two favorite sandwiches I can order and eat safely with my crazy food allergies!

He loved the bell idea and wanted me to ring it as well bc he said he rang it just for himself lol the manager was awesome with honoring a coupon I later realized I could've used when I first placed my order. “I came in this Resturant, April 9th 2025 and I tasted their butter chicken pizza for the first time and it was amazing! The family working there were very friendly, and I had came back in 5 minutes later to get another pizza because it was actually good, they got me fresh everything and had even given me complementary galab jamen.“

“Great fast service! Gone here 10 or 15 times, no issues. Ordered off the classic menu early December and the gordita was indistinguishable from a soft taco. Just poor presentation that I don't blame employees for corporate ideas. Also new products have learning curve to perfect.“

“Only the drive thru is open, which is fine. I never usually have issues at this fast food store, believe it or not. Food is usually fresh and hot. This is an A&W KFC combination so you get a choice of burgers or chicken. There were 6 cars in front of us and the line always moves quickly. I have never been "parked" at this store.“

Only reason it’s 4 is because a female employee threatened extremely quickly without warning to call the cops because we were on mini motorcycles going through the drive thru While the lobby was closed at around 11. We're always eating out and the Wendy's on 72nd St. is closest to me... We go 2-3 times a week and I have been recently using their app. They almost always get my order right... I think that they only have messed up once in the last few months of us going there... The customer satisfaction for us is great and the customer service is good as well... We have also been getting deals on the app... The line can be really long but I have to say that considering the amount of people and orders that they are handling they are getting people out incredibly fast!!! Both in the driving through and inside...

I'm not someone who has been paid to say any of this... I have to say that it has been a overall great experience for me... I say that it's a great place for you to feed you and your family for a reasonable price!!!

I’ve had a good experience most times income here. Sometimes the workers skimp out on putting toppings and on numerous occasions the oven has broke. But the majority of times this place has been pretty good overall.“

“Burger King does a pretty good job with service, especially if they aren’t too busy. The food is usually fresh, hot, and pretty tasty! I don’t go to Burger King too often, but when I do, they do a good job of hitting the mark of savory and hot food.

Parking at this location is pretty straightforward. Being that they share a parking lot with Fred Meyer and a number of other businesses, there is ample parking if the spots directly in front of the store are full.

The inside of the restaurant is pretty mundane, as most Burger King’s are nowadays. Very bland and just “there” if that makes sense. Nothing really sets the interior apart from anywhere else, as it’s just kind of boring. You can also see the part of the building where they once had a play area, which is now just filled with supplies of some sort. What a sad, nostalgic reminder of the past things we used to have as a society, as simple as a play area at a fast food joint is.

The staff is pretty good. No complaints. They take your order or help you with whatever you need and fulfill the duties of their job (from a customer standpoint). Good balance of friendly, professional, and “I’m just doing my job.”

Location is good. Again, being in a grocery store parking lot, they’ve got ample parking. Additionally, they’re right on Mountain Highway in Elk Plain making it easy to pull in and leave once done.

Overall, this Burger King location does a good job with food and service, but lacks a fun atmosphere for customers to enjoy.“

“Great customer service - which, is seemingly dwindling and hard to find at fast food joints these days. Long story short- stopped by here 45 mins prior to them closing after a long day of work, said the order would take a few mins because they’re putting fresh fries in and to pull forward to the curb while I wait. Ended up waiting for 10-15 minutes before one of the gentlemen working there rushed out with a FULL bag of an extra (fresh) 10
Piece nugget and large fry (on top of what I had ordered) apologizing profusely for the mix up in communication and not realizing I was sitting out there still. No harm no foul things happen, but the way they handled it was great and deserving of kudos since not many places of this caliber would go the extra mile like they did. I hope whoever manages this location realizes how solid the people they employ here are, because this is a very rare 5 star experience to come across in this day and age where customer service seems to be going by the wayside.“

“Reminds me what fast food used to be like.

The food is way cheaper, higher quality, is made fresh faster, and the interior is nicer than other locations.

I just got a beefy 5-layer from the frive through and it was made fresh so fast I got the food before they gave me my debit card back. The sour cream was still cold and everything else was still hot.

“My fave DQ. The other night I was craving a Heath blizzard ( my jam). They were absolutely hammered. Drive through had 10 cars or more for nearly an hour. I decided to park and go inside and sit but they were getting beat up by DoorDash orders too. The whole team were working as hard as they could, had a smile on their face, and were extremely polite and appreciative for patience given. “Arby's always hits the spot when I'm craving a quick and tasty meal. The service is speedy, and the staff is super friendly, which makes the whole experience even better. But let's talk about the real star of the show: the Au Jus.
This stuff is seriously the bomb. It takes any sandwich you dip into it from just good to amazing. I usually go for the chicken bacon swiss with a few sliders, and I soak them all in that savory Au Jus and it just takes the flavors to a whole new level.
I will often go through the drive-through, so I can't comment on the atmosphere inside . However, I often see people dining in, which I would consider to be a good sign.
My orders have always been complete and accurate at this location, so no need to go checking your bag every time before driving off, just start munchin' down. Unless you got the Au Jus, in which case it's probably better to wait until you can get sloppy. ?
Its convenient location among other fast-food restaurants on Pacific Ave makes it easy and ideal place to quickly grab a bite while shopping at nearby stores and superstores.
