“My family have drove up to the PNW to fish since I was a young lad, today, I’m 52 years young. In all of the countless trips throughout the years, not once was Burgerville not included on our itinerary. Whether it was fishing expeditions or shopping the outlets or heading to visit Seattle of Canada, Burgerville has always been a “must stop no matter what,” for as long as I’ve been around. It doesn’t matter what type of business you own or work for, it’s not about the products, services or pricing. Business is about people. After all, people make all of those decisions I just mentioned. We all know people are not without flaws (excluding Donald Duck ); no person or business is above reproach, (accept Donald Duck thought he was). Having said that, did we receive a perfect order every single time we stopped at this location, no. However, Burgerville has always owned it and made it right, with a cut above to make up for inconvenience. Don’t misunderstand me, the food is fantastic but this component is why we always come back. Mistakes are not meant to define you or an organization, they are meant to guide the individual and the organization. Almost two full months ago my brother and I were on our way up to Canada for our anual fishing trip and we couldn’t wait to hit woodland Burgerville for them Walla Walla onion rings, burger, and a shake. I pulled right out and hit the freeway as we were already a half day behind. I opened my bag of awesomeness only to discover our onion rings were very cold, greasy, and placid, very disappointing. Nevertheless, my brother called them and told them what we received and the manager asked us to come back so they can replace our order but we were already far gone and a half day behind. With that, the manger took our names and told us to stop by on our way back, and they would make it right. Tonight, on my way back home, again, almost 2 months later, I called. Unfortunately, the manager wasn’t able to recall the instance and could not find the notes with our name pinned up in the office like we were told. Nevertheless, he took my word for it and made it right! How about that, giving the customer the benefit of the doubt, I don’t know, nor am I aware of any restaurant organizations that do or would do that. We love ya Woodland BV!“

“Stopped by for breakfast on my way to Portland, was an easy off and on I-5 and able to get into the restaurant without any problems.
Kiosks were working, and I was able to order food without any problems.
My order had no issues, so no complaints.

“Best chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy I’ve ever EVER had. I mistakenly put this in my gps on a road trip and at first so upset, but the second I tasted the chicken I was sent to another planet. I have had many krispy Krunchy chicken and this was exceptionally different. In the most positive way. Not any buffet, chicken joint, family gathering has topped this place. I come here from 2 hours away for the chicken and mashed potatoes. Words can’t express my love and gratitude for this place, truly gods gem. You will not be disappointed!“

“Fan food, not fast food type of place.Oh, they are pretty quick though! But no pre-made burgers or anything else. It's fresh, juicy, flavorful, and great quality of meat and veggies. Same good old fashioned A&W root beer and soft serve vanilla ice cream for floats! Clean and tidy, staff is friendly and seemed well trained. GREAT customer service! ?

“Whoever the young Latina girl was who made my husband's blizzard she was as cool 😎 as a cucumber even under pressure my husband asked that his fruit in his blizzard be cut up extra small because he hates huge chunks in it and all the employees were acting like that was an unreasonable request to make and they didn't know how to do that but she was like "dont worry about it I'll make his blizzard 🥶 just don't worry about it I got him covered" she was so nice and made it perfectly and that was extra cool since today is his birthday and he loves their banana split blizzards and this was the first time he has ever asked them to make it like that and it was perfection ❤️ so to that girl Thank you for your excellent customer service!

“This location is open late and the food is always the same consistency quality. It is always fresh and has never been dried out and old like some other places i have been to recently. The staff is friendly and is willing to make sure the order os correct.“

“The chef at Wayback Burger deserves a gentle forehead kiss and a standing ovation followed by a Nobel Prize in Deliciousness. Those burgers and fries were so good I nearly blacked out and started speaking in tongues. I was one crispy fry away from abandoning society and living in the restaurant's walk-in freezer. On the flip side, the cashier had the customer service warmth of a DMV printer—fire her immediately, but make sure the chef gets a raise, a parade, and possibly a statue.“
