“I am loyal to this location and the one on 20th. I probably visit both locations every single day, all year round. One for my afternoon drink and one for my evening drink. This location had an amazing employee (well many fun, kind, and great employees work here) but one who stood out from the rest when it came to customer service and kindness. He now works somewhere else which is great for him! I love coming here to get the best mad hatter combinations. I am always treated with kindness and given the best service. They go out of their way to make your drink the way you like it. I love this location and will continue to be a loyal customer.“

I will be going back to this one for sure. I want to try a few more things on the menu, plus they have 1$ coffee all day every day, I might start drinking more coffee. “Wow! Everything I ever needed in a barista, Tristan really took care of us; someone give them a raise before they move on to their true calling! If you’re reading this and they’re your barista, please throw them some extra $$$ because I was so low on caffeine I tried to pay twice and neglected to leave a tip (I know, shame on me!). Witty, kind, just the right amount of aloofness and confidence that’ll keep me coming back every time we pass through the area. We ordered off the simple menu which, thankfully, required only a glance. We weren’t upsold any energy products. Drinks came out fast, tasted great, and got us safely home! We’ll ask for a little less sweetener next time, but that was our fault, not theirs. I was shocked to pay only $10 for two people to get caffeinated!“

“Went in today 7/9 around 9:45 AM and the nicest lady was working! I had gone to Starbucks on 37th/395 and they messed up my drink, then didn’t help me when I asked for it to be fixed. I came to this location frustrated and the employee(I didn’t catch her name) helped me immediately, no questions asked! Made my drink perfectly and correctly! This made my day, I hope managers see this. I am going to start going out of my way to go to this Starbucks.“

“Honestly, the #1 reason I stop by multiple days a week is the team at this location. Serena and Tony are the best. They now know my orders by heart and always have encouraging words to start my morning. They have been there through a new job, family health issues, and just life. No, they are not my "friends," but they are certainly some of the best customer service experts around. I would hire them in heart beat, if I had an opening. Their charm mixed with their coffee skills is truly appreciated.
Anyway, did I mention that the coffee is also really good? I appreciate that Wake Up Call has kept some of the best drinks from the previous companies and capitalized on the elements that made those drinks successful. My favorite drinks are the Horchata and the Rocket (with white coffee). I recommend them and know that they are just as good sugar-free and/or with alternative milk. I love that they find ways to accommodate dietary needs while keeping drinks delicious.
I wholeheartedly recommend Wake Up Call. I especially recommend this location if you want to have a great start to your day or a cheer up.“

“Firehouse rules, their prices are better than most places and the sizes are bigger too. Their daily specials have a wide variety between hot and iced coffees and different energy drink options so whatever you were looking for they probably have option for you. I go here consistently enough that they usually have my order ready for me by the time I pull up.“

Dietary restrictions: I always rock the oat milk- in all these years they've never failed me and my lactose intolerance.

Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly but certainly not unfriendly. I've literally been to a coffee shop in Seattle that was truly unfriendly to children.“

“Food was good. The drink fountain sprayed water all over me, which I don't mind too much but I worry about other people being annoyed. When getting a second to-go order, we did not get a cup. When we asked, a lady looked annoyed and practically threw the plastic cup at us and didn't look. We also saw her making annoyed faces after turning around, away from customers when they'd ask for something.“
