“My family and I frequent Coldstone, at least every other week, for years. We’ve been to many locations across multiple states. The ice cream is always great. However, customer service varies. What stood out about our last visit was Dom’s customer service. It was exceptional. He was welcoming, friendly, and so patient with our 6 year old daughter who could not readily decide what she wanted to order. He is the reason I would return to this location even though there is a Coldstone closer to my home.“

“I just want to say, I have ordered from these guys several times over the last few years and am never disappointed. They are even making my daughter's wedding cake in April! This is from this last Christmas party! Edited to add that they just did my daughter's wedding cake as well. Not only is the cake beautiful, its delicious.“

Absolutely AMAZING service from Madi at Cold Stone in Covington!! 🔥

We tried the new Dubai Chocolate creation (added Red Velvet cake to mine :) and the Strawberry Marshmallow flavor—WOW… both are EVERYTHING!! So good. My girls were beyond happy, especially my baby girl who fell in love with the Mint flavor all on its own.

You honestly can’t go wrong with ANY flavor here. Next on our list is the S’mores—we’re coming back for that soon!

“I love this Coldstone. It may not have the frills or modern flavor mashups of the modern ice cream shops (like salt & straw) but the classics are on point. Their mint sundae thing is the best. All served up with great customer service- the perfect stop after a dinner out or on your way to a fun evening somewhere.“
