“Last night, 9/29, we stopped by Cold Stone about 15 minutes before closing. Two gentlemen and one young lady helped us, and they gave my daughters one of the best experiences we’ve ever had at an ice cream shop.
We only asked for a small ice cream because it was already late, but they were incredibly kind and patient. They let my daughters sample flavors, gave them two different flavors, and even added a little extra so they could share. Most importantly, they made my daughters smile.
I don’t know their names, but I really want to thank all three of them. People like this truly make a difference in a business. My daughters already want to come back. Thank you for making such a simple stop feel so special“
