“One of the most beautiful restaurants in the Puget Sound. Gorgeous architecture and Landscaping. I love the palm trees outside they look amazing. The food is absolutely lousy and the margaritas were the worst we've had. They were warm and too sweet and not enough flavor“

“Excellent food, everything tasted very fresh. Not enough comments about the amazing drinks. Had a mango and a tamarind margarita, and both were incredible. Staff was attentive and very friendly. Amazing restaurant, highly recommend whether you want incredible fresh food or just amazing margaritas.“

“I hadn’t had the real Mexican homemade taste in a while here in the USA! Even mom approved
We had a couple of quesadillas (lengua and tinga) and we could not choose which one was better, by the way they are huge.
This is not Tex Mex, this is authentic Puebla style Mexican food“

“I came in right as they opened today and was welcomed right away. I ordered a Raspberry Jalisco Mule and Tortilla Soup with shredded chicken. I have to say the soup was one of the best tortilla soups I have had in a long time. you were even able to choose your flavors and spice level because a plate was brought out with tortillas, limes, onions, cilantro, chili crisp, avocado, jalapeno, and I don't remember the other seasoning but it was phenomenal. I can't wait to try more of the menu and continue to support local! Diablo's is definitely a place that should be on everyone's list to at least try and then frequent.“

“The place was slightly hard to find as it is located inside a liquor store. The people were welcoming and friendly and later we found out they are very talented at cooking. These were the best tacos I have had since the last trip to Mexico. We had Barbacoa and Carnitas. Initially I thought the prices were a little high, but the quality and service more than made up for it. If you are visiting Ballard Locks, this place is a short 200 feet from the entrance.“

“Super cozy and good pork Verde and beans and salsa. Had jarritos lime and big nice spot. Only thing I would say was disappointing was the rice! It had 0 flavor. Everything else was really good though.

“Don’t listen to the haters and miss out on great food- after my favorite Taqueria took a huge dip in quality, Abuelita’s saves the day! Amazing vegetarian options, the quality is superb, the salsas are delightful. The tortas are HUGE and come wrapped with deli paper to make them easier to eat :)
The portions are massive, you WILL get your moneys with and the carnitas is perfect. The refried beans are a delight, it all feels so healthy and energizing. The staff are professional and very kind if you chat them up. Amazing place. and super clean.
There is a breakfast burrito menu, which seems awesome. they really know what they’re doing with vegetables.“

“The best Lebanese-Mexican I've ever had haha, but seriously was some of the best food in Ballard and with none of the Ballard pretentiousness
Checked out the bar in back for happy hour today and it was extremely chill and we had fantastic service!
I don't think they have a phone number or do delivery so make sure you make the trip and come in and try the Hushweh“

“My hubby and I visited Tarasco on Friday and Saturday evening as we were staying nearby for a wedding! The food and drinks were delicious, the service was great, and we had a lovely time. All I have to say is Saturday night karaoke was a blast and a half and the vibes are immaculate!! ??“

“Ate here when I was randomly in the area. Very good barbacoa burrito. Loaded with everything but still stayed intact. The mango habanero had a very unique flavor, but I liked it. Small clean area beside the street to sit and eat, but I would probably recommend getting your food to-go if possible. Will go back to try out their asada tacos/tortas.“

“I love eating here. Definitely a favorite, if not the very favorite place of mine to grub down in Seattle. The carne asada plato is delicious, they have a good salsa bar, and excellent margaritas. Lively, fun atmosphere and reasonable prices for quality, authentic Mexican food. I can't get enough of this place.“

“Something has happened here...While the service was outstanding, the meal was sub par compared to the years of prior dining. The refried beans were not as robust and substantial as in the past. They were bordering on runny...not good. The chile relleno was a bit wee browned? The enchilada was yummy. The service and atmosphere were up to snuff...friendly and warm.“

“Santa Fe is a solid spot if you're looking to switch up your Taco Tuesday routine. They offer 2 tacos for $5, and while I didn't leave feeling completely full, it was a nice snack. The taco shells were particularly tasty. If you hit up their happy hour, you can also snag some happy drinks, making it an even better deal. I've eaten here before, and their food is consistently great. The staff is great and inside the restaurant has plenty of seating. They even make homemade tortillas. I even had them cater a work event once, and everyone was thrilled with the food. Highly recommend giving them a try!“

“I recently visited the Taco Del Mar located at the corner of 80th Street and Greenwood Avenue in Seattle, a spot I remember fondly from my days working at the nearby Green Lake Library over five years ago. Back then, it was my go-to place for a quick and delicious meal, and I’m happy to report that it still lives up to its reputation.Today, the staff at Taco Del Mar were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the dining experience even better.
The restaurant's location is quite convenient, with ample parking available, which is always a plus in Seattle.Taco Del Mar has an interesting history. The chain was founded in Seattle in 1992, and it specializes in coastal Mexican cuisine inspired by the Baja region. This particular location is part of the vibrant Greenwood neighborhood, an area known for its eclectic mix of antique shops, art walks, and historical charm. The neighborhood has transformed significantly from its boggy beginnings and has become a bustling community hub.Overall, Taco Del Mar remains a fantastic spot for anyone looking for a quick, tasty, and affordable meal in a friendly environment.
I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the Greenwood area!“

“There's NOTHING friendly about this place. I will not play the race card, HOWEVER, I did record a video. The server who served us left and the next shift bartender came. This guy did NOT acknowledge me until I asked for a napkin. The video is almost 6 minutes long and he so much did not say hello. The queso was so "watery" that it dripped on me and the bar. Appetizer plates were not even brought to us. No one checked on how the food was or drink. Poor service. Unfortunately, in this day and time this type of service is accepted and tolerated.“

“I heard about Taco Del Mar in an aquarist YouTube video of all places, and when I visited Seattle, I had to check it out. I was not disappointed. I had to stop by again on my way to the airport when I had to leave. Definitely one of the best burrito joints I have ever been to.“

“Hands down the best Mexican restaurant in Seattle and they have the best wet burrito. I recommend getting their green sauce for wet burrito. Their Chips, salsa, Guacamole are all fresh. They have plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. For drinks, I recommend getting Mango Lemonade.“

“This is the best Tex-Mex place in Kitsap county I've found after looking for years! The food is incredible, fast and I love that combos come with a mountain of rice and beans for a reasonable price. Everything I've tried so far has been excellent and I recommend it to everyone!
Parking: Lots of parking and it's never full.“

“We didn’t have time to eat here but when we asked about the blue corn tortillas, the person attending us was super informative and friendly, giving us all kinds of interesting info about their passion for making the masa. We did buy some of the masa to bring back home and made tortillas with them and it was delicious. Thank you!“
