“I've seen this place several times has I passed by on my way to the Kingston ferry. Decided to check this place out as the ferry was 1 hour behind schedule. Parking was abundant, the interior decor had that Spanish villa style, very cool. The bathroom was clean and also posses that Spanish villa style. The place was clean, the food was amazing and the service was immediate. Will visit this place again!“

“We had dinner there on Sunday with family from out of town. Everyone ordered cocktails and different dishes. The food was delicious, the service, excellent. There is even some parking available on the side of the building. We will definitely go back.“

“All four of us loved our food. Guacamole and salsa appetizer with house-made corn chips. Tortilla with pulled pork. Chicken soup. I had two lengua tacos. Tender slightly charred cubes of braised beef tongue in a delicious sauce. They were hors de categorie. Excellent service, nice atmosphere, and pleasant outdoor dining.“

“It’s hard finding good Mexican food in Washington. Lengua and cabeza tacos were great. Chicken quesadilla was moist and tasty. Love how this place doesn’t skimp on the meat. Will be back to try the other meats.Order at the storefront counter. (Hibiscus petals sold here).“

“We Tried the Birrieria Ramen, the sauce enchiladas and a Birrieria Burrito. The Birrieria was off the wall flavorful, the best I’ve had! The mole on the enchiladas was amazing also. Owner was personable and answered all our questions with a laugh and friendly answer. We will definitely go back!“

“First off we were greeted immediately upon entering. They seated us and we had chips and salsa within 90 seconds. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was fun. They have music on Fridays and trivia on Saturdays. Sadly I was too full for dessert. Will definitely return soon.Vegetarian options: I remember seeing a section, but don't remember how many options. Maybe 7Parking: The parking lot goes around the building and has a huge lot.Kid-friendliness: A fun kid friendly atmosphere. They have a kids menu and crayons.Wheelchair accessibility: It is a slight uphill ramp into the restaurant and they have wide aisles“

“This is one of the best, authentic (as close as you can get) Mexican food. We have been going here for breakfast off and on for years. Always very good and worth the trip from Bellevue.Parking: Sometimes not easy to find a spot. There is a paid garage across the street, but otherwise finding street parking, especially with the athletic club across the street can sometimes be a challenge.“

“It’s a great place! The food is so yummy even though the flavor is still a little different from what I had in Oaxaca, Mexico.Recommend to try the pozole, it’s so good! And they are generous, they give a lot of pork and hominy in the soup. Their tacos are the best!! Definitely try the Taco Al Pastor! ? Delicious!Their lunch menu and dinner menu are different. I’d love to try their lunch menu someday~“

“We always get takeout, so I can’t speak to the dine-in experience, but this is the best “Mexican” food for miles. It does have the standard Tex-Mex fare, and let’s face it, it’s hard to stand out with your super nachos, but I highly recommend the El Salvadorian side of the menu. If I’ve never heard of something on the menu, I’m well served to try it, because it’s all been amazing so far. I haven’t been disappointed once, and I keep trying new things. It appears to be a family-run business, and there will often be groups of family, friends, or other Latinos eating there, which to me shows it’s the real deal and not just a menu designed for Americans.Basically, it’s real ethnic food, which is not something you can usually get at a “Mexican” place.Go there.“

“The Good News: service is prompt and attentive. Plenty of available parking. Food is excellent. The Bad News: while the bottled Mexican beer is fine the sangia/cocktails ? are watery. If they could fix this problem, it would be a 5 ? place.“

“My husband and I have struggled to find a Mexican restaurant that we like since moving to Seattle. I am happy to say we found it here! Our tacos were amazing!!!! Honestly saying amazing is an understatement. The hot sauce was some of the best we’ve had since coming here! We will be back!“

“Great divey bar, open space, great service! The margaritas and nachos were spot on; however the taquitos were a bit dry, needed more sauce, and the creole shrimp were a bit over seasoned. Overall good experience and will try it again in the future.“

“Oh my goodness… When you walk in the front door, there is a person making tortillas… The chips and salsa are delicious and every menu item we have tried has been delicious as well. I have seen a couple bad reviews and I am thinking it really must’ve been an off day because I have now been there a number of times and feel that everything has been more delicious than any of the other nearby Mexican restaurants.“

“I took my 3 year old daughter here for a night out and we had a blast!Kid-friendliness: It’s a lively and loud enough atmosphere where kids aren’t a distraction to other patrons. That said, there isn’t a ton of room in the free spaces, so definitely no walking around and playing during the meal.“

“The Al pastor had a bit of a diferent taste than most places as if it had Chipotle peppers in it.I enjoyed how spicy the meat tasted without any sauce. The asada was good but wasn't impressive.4 ½ ? for the Al Pastor3 ? for the Asada“

“Something has happened here...While the service was outstanding, the meal was sub par compared to the years of prior dining. The refried beans were not as robust and substantial as in the past. They were bordering on runny...not good. The chile relleno was a bit wee browned? The enchilada was yummy. The service and atmosphere were up to snuff...friendly and warm.“

“Let me preface by saying that I am a burrito fanatic. I have probably eaten thousands of them throughout the course of my life. Seattle generally sucks for Mexican food, but this place is seriously legit. This is easily the best burrito in the entire city. Go here. Spend money. It's really, really good.“

“I love this place I've stopped here a few times and every time I leave full and satisfiedI had Asada tacos and Al Pastor. The Al pastor was good , the tacos tasted amazing. But what really won me in coming back was the Asada. Really great flavor that melts on your tongue. There's a drink called loco something and the bar tender always makes them taste like heaven.“

“This was my first time eating here and the food was delicious and actual authentic Mexican food. They had authentic street tacos which they call soft tacos but I'd have the say the only thing I would recommend to them is to maybe provide a little slice of lime with their tacos. The service there was nice and I would recommend anyone to go there if you want some quick Mexican food that tastes great and is filling.“

“Where do I even begin. How about with WE WERE HERE FOR 2 HOURS BECAUSE THEY FORGOT ABOUT US, a party of 6! There were maybe 6 tables dining and us. They had 3 waitstaff that I saw. They forgot to bring drink, forgot to refill drink, forgot part of our order, then once our order was at the table they forgot the tortillas that go with the meals. Giving overly large portions doesn’t make up for how bland and terrible the food was. One person ordered their special which was a few dollars cheaper than the menu price because, it’s a special. They charged full price and when i went to pay I mentioned it. The woman took my card and charged me anyhow full price. I said something again to the waitress that had walked up to the podium and she said just cross it out and put the total… um what? YOU’VE ALREADY CHARGED ME CARD! They seriously need to get it together a little. The food was super mediocre and the waitress was a let down. If I could rate this place as ZERO I would. I will not be retuning to this place.“

“The portions are gigantic and the flavour is definitely there! $20 usually gets you a very sizeable burrito or two enough to stuff you up! Fantastic Mexican food with good service! Do yourself a favor and also order an Elote with your dish. My goodness, they make em good here! ?Parking: There is an open gravel lot right next door where you can park, but it is very narrow and uphill. There's usually spots, but be careful coming into and out of this narrow parking lot!“

“We love Taqeria Tequila! Tostada de camarones! It's by far my favorite dish here. So refreshing on a hot day. Something about the way they grill those shrimp, it's magic. They have a big salsa bar with several different house made salsas. The service is always great! Oh, and they serve breakfast all day!“

“I can’t tell you how many times I have gone here and been happy with my food. And out of a handful of times a couple times it took a few to get my food but never too much time. Went to sonic and waited 40mins for them to finally tell me after I go inside that “they lost” my order and they had not started making it yet!! I went to taco time.. I had 4 cars in front of me and I had my food in my hand in less than 5 mins. Thank you taco time“

“We didn’t have time to eat here but when we asked about the blue corn tortillas, the person attending us was super informative and friendly, giving us all kinds of interesting info about their passion for making the masa. We did buy some of the masa to bring back home and made tortillas with them and it was delicious. Thank you!“

“I've known of this place for a while because I always see it during my daily runs. I stepped inside for the first time when my then-coworker told me about free taco days last year. I became a fan since then and I decided to go get a fish taco that I've been curious about today. Going in I wasn't sure what the difference between fish Baja vs. fish soft taco was, but the staff kindly explained to me that fish Baja is tacos style while fish soft taco is more like a burrito with more fish and veggies inside. It was good that the staff clarified that baja tacos don't come with fish. I assumed any taco named Baja would have fish in it, but that was not the case here. Ultimately, I was fairly hungry so I went with the fish soft taco. The soft taco went well with the hot sauce that came with the food and I really enjoyed it. I kind of wish it came with less of the creamy dressing, but I could still take it.“

“I heard about Taco Del Mar in an aquarist YouTube video of all places, and when I visited Seattle, I had to check it out. I was not disappointed. I had to stop by again on my way to the airport when I had to leave. Definitely one of the best burrito joints I have ever been to.“

“Low-key environment with stellar food and service. Everything made with fresh ingredients, well prepared. It's busy when people are getting their to-go orders, but there's plenty of room inside for anyone wanting to sit for a bit. No table service, but the staff here helped us with a few things and the service was excellent. Be sure to let them know if you want to "eat here" as they seem to get a lot of to-go orders. This is a great find, we'll be back!Parking: Big shared lot (for the strip mall) with many spaces available.Kid-friendliness: Families come here often. You order, then eat at your table, so that's easier with kids. Not seeing any high chairs though.Wheelchair accessibility: Wide door and easy-to-traverse floor space. Tables are spread out, giving everyone lots of room to move around.“
