Jersey Mike is a chain so the food is about the same at all locations thanks to standardization. What changes from one location to another other is staff. The staff at this location is a hit and miss. Some brilliant and some not so much. There seems to be a large amount of turn over with never seing the same people and I go at least once a month. Had a full bite of just jalapeños... oh and maybe the people making sandwiches could actually look at what's on the order. I ask for lite onion (they use too much) and peppers on the side ALWAYS missing. Order online and your sub will never be warm. Jersey Mike's is my favorite the kirkland branch doesn't seem to care about what they put out!

This Jersey Mikes always makes good sandwiches and salad bowls, plus they are staffed with some of the nicest people in sandwich places. Love their red pepper relish! We had issues with coupon redeeming and they have helped us work it out. We have been coming here for 4 years and have yet to have a bad experience.
