Food good, taste good, serve good, even the restroom also good
Worst Panda experience ever. Service is terrible.
My wife and I have been enjoying this location, but recently, we’ve noticed that the portions have become smaller over the past three visits.

Panda Express, located at Totem Lake, is a restaurant known for its good quality food and calm and pleasant employees. During busy hours, staff efficiently handles the rush and communicates well with customers about wait times, though some find the service slow and the staff not friendly. Vegetarian options are limited and the meat is not halal. The restaurant has a shared parking lot and is wheelchair and van accessible, with easy entry to the front door. Customers have praised the tasty food, including the fresh Hot Orange Chicken and fresh fried rice, and appreciated the staff's efforts in providing great customer service. The front desk person is pretty cool, notices people waiting fast, apologizes for the wait, and gives orders as soon as possible. However, the broccoli is sometimes not so fresh. The restaurant is very clean, and using the app for pickup is helpful.
