“WOW!!!!
We went in “just to look” which my wife and I know is trouble! Lol - I started talking with a nice younger woman behind the counter and she was so knowledgeable - turns out Anne is the owner! Just people experience was exceptional and the treats, the best I’ve ever had! We end up with 3 different cakes, and 6/7 pastries - every one was a different experience and SO Good!

I’ve owned multiple businesses and people experience is my #1 then the product.

Both were incredible! Can’t wait to visit my mother in law again! Yes, I said that!

“Absolutely incredible French pastry shop! I came here with 8 people, so naturally we decided the only reasonable thing to do was order basically one of everything. We got a little bit of everything this place had to offer, and somehow every single pastry was incredible. Not one miss.

Everything was fresh, beautifully made, and ridiculously good. I’ve tried pastries all across the PNW, and this is easily the best I’ve had. If you’re anywhere nearby, do yourself a favor and come hungry—you’re going to want to try everything.“

“Small shop but unique pastries and sandwiches, a lovely Chai tea. Space inside is small for seating, but plenty of outdoor seating if the weather is good. The bathroom is large and well maintained but does not have a changing table, and I didn’t see anything especially helpful for families with young children.“

“Absolutely loved my visit to Paris Baguette in downtown Bellevue! The pastries were incredibly fresh, flaky, and delicious. On top of that, the service was exceptional—friendly, fast, and welcoming. Easily one of my favorite bakery spots in the area. Highly recommend!“

“You don't really go for the atmosphere, the pastries are where it's at and the goal is to not buy one or more of everything. This time I bought a pumpkin cream filled cruffin (croissant muffin) and a chocolate cream filled rolled croissant...OMG delicious can't believe I was able to hold out and not eat them at the same time.

“Purchased a fruit cake for my friends birthday and a taro bun and coffee cake roll for myself, and everything was delicious!! The cake was light and fresh with loads of fruit, and the taro bun was massive and delicious. The coffee cake roll was delicious too. The kind man at the counter piped “happy birthday” onto the cake for me. They take cash only but prices seemed reasonable compared to other bakeries in the city. Would definitely return to try other pastries here“

“Some of THEE best Apple fritters!!! So good! Also, they are bigger than your head. 😋

We didn’t really care for the chocolate sprinkled donut. Icing is kind of bleh. The dough is great, just needs like a fudge chocolate icing instead.
