“From ordering to receiving order does take 15-20 minutes. This chicken is hot, juicy, and delicious. Worth the wait.
Kid-friendliness: Chicko Meal is breaded, fried chicken pieces, fries and a drink. Works for a quick meal for my 11 yo.
Wheelchair accessibility: Close to ADA Parking. Restaurant is spacious. Tables are appropriately sized for assistive devices. Bathroom isn’t as accessible.“

“Pros: Great food, staff are friendly and accommodating. Space is clean. I’ve been many times and will likely be back.
Cons: They are very slow. I’ve never waited less than 20 minutes, even when I order ahead, and it’s typically closer to 30. Not the place to go if you want something quick. Also, they don’t include even one dipping sauce when you get the tenders or the bites.“

“Love going to RGB every time we are in Seattle. This location just isn't it, though. The service is usually awkward and slow. Tables and floors were dirty this last visit. I'd still patron for the RGB, but it just doesn't compare to their Pike Place spot.“

“On Christmas Eve about 4 o'clock my family left an event in downtown Seattle and were really hungry. We looked on line for something on our way home to Lake Forest Park that was open. There weren't many choices and this place had pretty good reviews and was open. We were a little leary when we drove up. It was in an off location and small and modest. When we went in the staff was super friendly and welcoming. The menu looked great and we all ordered. After tasting the gorgeous food and generous cocktails, we were hooked. We usually do not return to places as we like to try something new, but we will definitely return to Botteco Brazil, Shoreline.“

“I’ve been coming to Kochi Po-Cha for almost 2 years now and keep returning because the food quality and flavors are consistently amazing. The pork belly and chicken katsu are a must-have each time I go. And the late night hours and fun music make this a great spot for weekends.
The restaurant also went through a revamp within the past few months, with new tables and chairs, new menu items, and new complimentary side dishes, all of which were great decisions to improve the dining experience.
The service also improved significantly with this revamp. I notice the food comes out quicker and the servers, especially Bri, are very attentive in refilling side dishes and utensils/napkins without us asking. She provides great service from the moment we sit down to the moment we pack up and leave. We even celebrated a birthday there recently and she brought us complimentary soft serve with a candle in it, and invited a bunch of kind strangers over to sing for our table. She made our night!
Kochi Po-Cha is a place that consistently delivers delicious food and great service. I’d highly recommend it to others!“

“When I visited Seattle a few summers ago, I came across this exact Rachel's store and bought a drink to quench my thirst. Best random drink purchase of my trip! I revisited Rachel's in different locations to try all their delish flavours at least 3 times before I left the city (I was there for a week)...and I'm still raving about it from across the globe. Possibly the best ginger beer I've had anywhere.“

“A rare experience of receiving our order exactly as we requested. Other delivery requests from other restaurants have always been wrong. “If you live in Seattle and you love chicken, you must know Ezell's. This chicken is the one rumored to be the meal Opra sent her private jet to Seattle to pick up chicken dinners for her staff. Yes, it's that good.when you walk in, you'll get a face slap with the aroma of their famous chicken. Numerous locations around Seattle and 18 franchises in Washington. This Kirkland location just opened up this year (2024) , and this visit was not my first taste of what I believe is the best tasting chicken I have ever eaten. Single pieces are available, but the meals are the best value. I like regular but spicy is an option. I love the chicken livers; don't judge me. Staff are always polite and helpful. You can dine in or get it to go. Every Ezell's I have been to is very clean, and the quality is consistently good . Resently Ezell's celibrated 40 years of cooking it's famous chicken ,started by Ezell Stephen and Lewis Rudd in February 3, 1984 in the Central District. The chain is owned now by Faye, Ezell's former wife. 5 stars to Ezell's in Kirkland and welcome to the neighborhood.“

“A bit hard to find if you don't know it's insider Rachel's Ginger Beer, but I've had it twice now and love the flavor. I saw another review stating this was likely the best fried chicken sandwich in Seattle and I think I agree. I can't think of another place I'd rather go for when I'm craving it.This is a great quick bite option, with food prepared relatively quickly. Will be coming again and again to satisfy the lunch craving.“

“(KENT, WASHINGTON!) I say this, with some sadness in my heart, but I feel compelled to make the following proclamation. EZELL'S has the best peach cobbler I've ever tasted in my life! It is better than my GRANDMOTHER'S! (And most DEFINITELY better than mine!) Every soul food restaurant has peach cobbler. I never have had peach cobbler out. It never looks right to me. It never looks like my grandma's. Maybe I've been missing out on a lifetime's worth of cobbler! ********* They're telling me to that if you need desserts for Christmas but you don't wanna bake desserts for Christmas, ORDER THEIR'S FOR PICK-UP. Based on this cobbler, I'm making the recommendation that you do. My grandmother served peach cobbler every year for Christmas. We had southern Christmas and I had no idea that Pumpkin and sweet potato pies were considered Christmas pies until I was an adult. EZELL'S sells full and partial: cobblers and sweet potato pies.“

I've frequented here enough to know that all the sauces are a hit, the staff are always on point. if looking for a carb heavy hit, I HEAVILY suggest the dirty tots with an extra poached egg. good for an evening out, to sop up some of the booze before continuing drinking.“

“Great little spot on Greenwood.
Very unassuming storefront, and something about it seems to exude, "local favorite," before you even step in the door.
Very laid back, but professional staff. Welcoming, kind, and just the right amount of hipster. :)
Surprisingly simple, straightforward menu but that doesn't mean it is boring or mundane! You'll find variety and unexpected depth in the dozen or so offerings including garlic rice, banana ketchup and coconut collard greens. There are the more basic fried potatoes and fried pickles if that's more your bag.
Top of off with a delicious desert which is some kind of mochi cake with coconut whipped cream.
I'm writing this a couple days after eating there, and I've convinced myself it's time to return.
On my way back there now - and you should do the same.
But you better get there before they sell out ! :)
Bonus : when you finish, 100% of the restaurant's packaging and waste goes straight to the compost!
