“Let me preface this by saying that I am not typically a fan of chicken and waffles style dishes. Or at least, I thought I wasn’t. Then I tried the sandwiches they have here. OH MY GOODNESS. I legitimately feel like my eyes have been opened to an entirely new culinary world.

I went here with a buddy and we tried the brisket sandwich and the chicken sandwich. We decided to go halfsies and both of them were among the best tasting sandwiches I’ve ever had. And easily the best waffle-sandwiches I’ve ever had!

I had to leave Seattle for the airport after eating here, and you best believe I carried my leftovers on the plane and ate them when I arrived home in another state.

This place is the truth!!! I cannot wait to return. It bears mentioning how friendly the staff was too! Nelson the owner took care of our table and man, what a professional. I look forward to being in his care next time I come in.

“I saw this on social media and the family wanted to try. The line was quite long like the other very popular stores at Pikes Market Place. It moves relatively quickly.

I was surprised, I thought it was going to be all presentation and lack luster on flavor. Indeed it exceeded my expectations. The food was extra creamy and dense. You can taste all the flavors. Our favorites were the Ube Coconut, Dutch Chocolate, Lemon Curd, and London Fog. This does not discredit the other flavors they are also very good. Note Blue Moon is a cotton candy flavor not a beer flavor 😂.“

Their burgers are very good but the garlic pull-apart and the chicken wings are amazing! We also rarely got disappointed from the changing menu. Chili, chicken Parmesan, Cuban sandwich, lamb chop, tuna two ways, just to name a few memorable dishes. The consistency is pretty impressive. For the high quality of food, it’s also very reasonably priced!“

“Come here often on my way to the tram station from work. Good atmosphere around that time. Lots of options, I like to ask for a recommendation and have yet to be disappointed. Card only!!!!! Come prepared. Shout out to the guy who told me about the tournament nights (not sure if they’re still happening) when we were talking about yugioh. Looking forward to that if it ever happens again!

A general note -
For other people who like to go alone to places: there is wall facing seats tucked in the far side of the building, that’s where I like to sit to avoid the families with kids. I watch YouTube or play a game when I’m there.
For families: that same area is a quieter part of the building great for overstimulated little ones or breastfeeding if needed.

“Such a great find! This brewery is tucked right next to the Olympic Sculpture Park, so it’s easy to walk past, but absolutely worth stopping in. The beers are excellent especially the Hazy IPA, which was super refreshing. Some options come in cans, though I was hoping for more on tap. The food selection was delicious, and I’m excited to try more next time. I’m especially looking forward to coming on a Wednesday for Vinyl Night, where you can play your own record for just a dollar.
