“Went to the lake Steven’s bake shop for the first time post-Jenny’s Cookies yesterday. Honestly, I’m in shock in the best way. There is something very refined and balanced about the cookies that has been enhanced. I loved Jenny’s, but the buttercream frosting from Wander is next level. It’s more buttery, and less chemically tasting (for lack of a better descriptor).

The textures of the smash cookies were incredible and more intact, and the brown buttery Rice Krispie was divine.

Unfortunately, I will be back more often than I should.

“Just happened upon this adorable coffee shop in Snohomish. The vibe is brilliant and the menu magnificent - from the well crafted coffee (white mocha? Yes please!) to the K-menu - it’s a lovely spot with great folks running the show. Look for the old school train station architecture and the British phone booth but get there before the line gets too long (but even if you don’t, it’s worth the wait)!“

“This little shop has it all and at a great price! I hadn't been to this outlet yet and was greeted as soon as I walked in the door & asked if there was something they could help me find. When I said I was browsing, they said to just shout if I needed anything.
They had a great selection of Keto bread products (english muffins, bread & hamburger / hot dog buns) which is what I was looking for and they had stock available of all!

My wife suggested I stop by Dubuque Bakery at the Snohomish Co-op, I did and Katya was very welcoming and shared some great insights and even invited me to take her class of which I jumped at the chance. Her class was insightful and full of information and helpful tips to create wonderful bread. “This is a true Mexican Bakery with just about any Mexican dessert you can think of. We ordered a Milk Cake which we discovered in Puerto Vallarta several years ago and it was absolutely delicious. The cake is moist and flavorful but it must be ordered a day ahead. Trust me, you will not find a more delicious cake anywhere else.“

“This was my great-grandma's fave place to go. The orange bread is addicting as hell and they make fantastic doughnuts. In the winter time definitely recommend the julekage! You do have to order it ahead of time generally but GOOD LORD I could eat that everyday forever.“
