“Yo! I’m giving 5 stars because there is only one worker here right now 5 people in the store and he’s doing what he can. It’s a shame that there’s not another employee here too help. I work in the service industry and have been in this position before. Do your franchise’s reputation a favor and fully staff your stores! I’m not even mad about waiting 20 minutes for my sandwich that I pre-ordered ahead of time.“

“Night shift on Thursday thank you for helping me decide what to put on my onion teriyaki sub it was delicious and the first time a ate a sub and it didn't fall apart or drip every where. So I don't know what made it different but it was good. Your a expert sandwich maker 😀 the cost though was way to much over $40 for two foot longs 🥴🤨😰👎“

“We ordered three sandwiches for pickup from the website. So many customization options, and the results were delicious. I really loved that there was a hot sauce bar too, which I took advantage of on the way out the door with my sandwiches. We wound up coming to Firehouse Subs twice more during the week that we were in town. Hopefully there are Firehouse Subs locations in Seattle... I better check!“

“The staff at the Steilacoom Blvd did an amazing job with an online catering order for the 18-piece box. Everything as was ordered and on time. It was all well packaged, well constructed, and the sandwiches themselves were delicious. I’ll be certain to order from them again in the future!“

“Tonight I just literally had such a wonderful experience. Shout out to Emily & her manager Kaelynn (I hope I am spelling this correctly, if not, my apologies!!!) Was given excellent customer service and our food was absolutely delicious. Emily is such a kind soul and really brings a lot of life into this subway. Everything was just literally perfect. ♡“

“Vishal was nice and friendly. Perfect sub! However kind of pushy with asking for a review and wanting it to be done at the store before I left. Probably won't come back because it made checking out a little awkward and I felt very pushed in to making a review. I reccomened when asking for a review to not push so hard on getting one on the spot. Most customers won't appreciate being pushed to make a review. Again he was nice and sandwhich was great but the approach needs to be different. I Will just stick to the one in Tillicum or on the military installation just to avoid the awkwardness honestly.“

“After five extremely frustrating, and painful years, Dr. Kim, and his Family oriented practice, took over my care. In January, and February of this year, Dr. Kim performed two Spine implant Surgeries on me for severe back pain that was not responding to medicinal, and, or physical therapy treatment.I've been slowly regaining my life post surgery, and with continued care from Dr. Kim, and his Staff, I'm so excited, and looking forward, to a future with less pain. May the good Lord continue to Bless, and guide Dr. Kim, as he continues his work in helping others, who like me, have endured many years of horrible pain?“
