“I can’t say enough great things about my experience at this Starbucks, all thanks to Nia! From the moment I walked in, she greets my daughter Charlotte and I with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. She handled my order flawlessly, ensuring every detail was just right. Her professionalism, speed, and kindness truly set her apart. My daughter only wants to buy drinks from her. You can tell she cares about both the quality of the drinks and the customers she serves. Nia’s positive attitude makes our visits memorable, and we definitely will be returning because of her exceptional service! She deserves a raise, thank you NIA!“

“I've been going to this starbucks since I was kid. I love the silent enviorment, which makes it a great place to study. It's not just vibe of the place that I love, it's also the amazing drinks. I love the frappe's and the blended drinks.“

“I’ve never had the Starbucks here before, and I’ll say that I’ll probably be coming back. The barista behind the counter was very nice and made good conversation, even with other customers. She also made my drink really fast and it tasted pretty good. Didn’t catch her name but she has brown curly hair and light colored eyes.“

“If I can give this Starbucks 10 stars out of 10, I would give them 10. They have phenomenal staff who are always cheerful and makes my drink perfect every time. This Starbucks is located in busy Lakewood Towne Center, also located next to Clover Park High School, and Lakewood City Hall, so the pressure is on for being one of the busiest Starbucks location.
Despite all the factors that makes this cafe being so busy I still frequent this location because I truly think customer-staff interaction is so important and appreciated for a regular Starbies like me, and the Lakewood Towne Center Starbucks really comes thru.
The cafe itself is on smaller side with narrow seating areas but they keep it simple and clean. You will never not see the cafe empty, there's always people working on their laptop or having a small meeting. This is one of those Starbucks that keeps it real as OG community Starbucks cafe feel.“

“This Starbucks is one of those spots where you can actually slow down for a moment ☕🌧️. Everything feels clean, organized, and just… calm.
Plenty of space, comfortable seating, and what I really appreciate — enough outlets to actually sit down with your laptop and get things done 🔌💻. That alone already makes a huge difference.
The atmosphere here has that classic Starbucks vibe, but a bit more relaxed. Not too loud, not chaotic — just a good balance where you can either focus or just sit and enjoy your coffee 🧘‍♂️☁️.
Staff was friendly and the place looked well taken care of. You can tell they’re putting effort into keeping it nice 👍✨.
Definitely one of those locations you remember and come back to, especially if you’re on the road and need a solid, reliable stop 🚗☕“

“I've been here before and was remiss in not writing a review sooner to acknowledge the great staff and environment of this Starbucks.

Clumsy me dropped my drink and the district manager was actually there and he promptly helped me and the team was already in action making a new drink which they did of their own accord. Just a very nice gesture that they didn't have to do but going above and beyond is a hallmark of this store.

The team is very helpful, great at recommending new drinks and they keep the cafe in pristine condition.“

“My daughter order her usual drink online but somehow went wrong, we got there and as soon as she tried/tasted it, knew that it was not the usual, we say this to the guy there (sorry but don’t remember the name) and he was super nice and understanding and made a new one for my daughter. No questions just an exceptional service is what we got!“
