From the moment we walked in, we were treated like family by the incredibly friendly and attentive staff, who made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The sushi presentation was absolutely stunning – each plate looked like a work of art, with fresh, vibrant ingredients that instantly made my mouth water.

The quality of the sushi was beyond impressive – each piece was impeccably fresh, with not even a hint of fishiness, which speaks volumes about the high standards Nori Sushi maintains. We tried a variety of dishes, from the appetizers to the rolls and even a sushi boat, and every bite was more delicious than the last. Dessert was a perfect, refreshing finish – the ice cream tasted exactly like fresh-squeezed Japanese oranges, a treat that rounded off an already phenomenal meal. “My wife and I regularly eat at the Panera Bread in Maple Valley. It has good food, but for the most part you get your food bus your own table etc. Yesterday 06/11/25, my wife and I went for lunch, and our entire experience was upgraded. The server who took our order was super friendly and professional, the food was more generously portioned, there staff even came over to make sure we didn’t need anything and bussed our tables. It’s so cool to see a restaurant like this prioritize the customer experience. If you like Panera, I’d recommend driving a little bit farther to go to
this one!“

“My buddies and I have been meeting at this restaurant for a summer bible study. The staff always greets us warmly, is wonderfully polite to us, food is great, and the restaurant is very clean. This week the owner, Marc, stopped by to greet us and check up on us. He's a Navy veteran, told us a bit of his story how he got to own his restaurant, and thanked us for eating at his establishment. He could have walked right by us, but didn't-- instead he spent about 5 minutes with us.
