The Happy Hour is amazing many sushi rolls to choose from at a great price. Also has the Late Night Happy Hour that runs from 8:30pm till 10pm and 10:30pm on weekends. The lounge bar is so cool where I can play games. Watch Sports and get my sushi and drink on. Must check out the Japanese Life Size Robot Figures! So awesome to look at in person. This is the place to go where you get a great experience. And it's a well put together sushi place.“

“Sushi Koushi is my absolute favorite sushi spot. My husband and I have been going since they first opened, and we have been so happy that a sushi place this good has popped up so close to home. Everyone here is very welcoming and helpful, and I'm always amazed at how quickly things come to the table even when it's a busy night.

Normally I don't like uni at all, but this is the only place that I have actually enjoyed it. The rolls and omakase always come out delicious and beautiful, but definitely give the Oita roll a try - it's great for any picky eaters in your party! The udon is also fantastic if you're in the mood for a noodle soup.

The one and only downside is that the location is a bit small and seems to be getting popular (for a good reason), so make sure to plan your visit accordingly!“

“The food here is absolutely amazing! I seriously did not know it was possible to sell such generous portions of fresh sushi at this price. My big back friend and I (also a big back) shared a family combo that was only $69 after tax that had 4 gigantic rolls and a boat-load of karaage. We weren't able to finish and had enough leftover for another meal. On top of all that, the service is super friendly and the atmosphere is nice and cozy. The staff were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, and more. I'm a self-certified sushi connoisseur and I can confidently say this is the best value sushi I've ever had by far. The salmon nigiri especially was super fresh and had blanket-sized slices of salmon. This is 100% a must-try restaurant.“

“We ate at Katana for my husband’s birthday dinner. It was a busy weeknight. We were greeted by a lovely hostess who immediately made us feel welcome. Our server, Kingsley, was absolutely phenomenal- definitely one of the top servers we have ever encountered anywhere! She was tending to multiple tables, bar customers, and also making drinks. She was easily one of the busiest employees there, yet she kept a big smile on her face and a kind, positive spirit throughout our entire service. The sushi was delicious, as always. Katana is consistently reliable to serve good food, but this time we had especially amazing service as well. I highly recommend katana for a family celebrating a special occasion!“

“Kazoku in Edmonds is one of the best dinners we have had in a long time! Their uni was an amazing experience! The sushi was all very distinct and delicious. We enjoyed the yuzu beer which paired well with our saba shioyaki but the egg custard soup was the crown jewel!!! Oh the silky texture and delicate flavor was my most favorite. The service and chefs were a joy, we talked of sumo and laughed at each others jokes as we tried their absolutely spot on reccomendations. Thank you Chef Bobby, Chef Robert and Chef Stevan! “This is hands-down the best sushi in the PNW! My husband and I have been to the ultra-fancy, expensive sushi spots, and this place beats them by a country mile. Everything is delicious, and even our three year old even loves it! They are incredibly friendly, the prices are fantastic, and it’s rare to find a place that nails it all: service, food, and atmosphere. We eat here at least once a week, and I crave it every day. If this place ever closed, I’d be heartbroken.“

“Note: We attempted to talk with the managers/staff before posting this, but we were told the fish was supposed to be this way. I didn’t think to take photos because we assumed after talking with the staff the issue would be fixed so we brought them the leftovers. We have been eating sushi for several decades and have never had fish that smelled and or looked like this. Normally we eat here in restaurant, but this last week we ordered and picked up. The tuna handrolls looked like it had been in a meat grinder and tasted bitter. The sashimi special we normally order had all kinds of connective tissue and fat clumps we had to try to tear off the meat because we could not chew through it. Instead of being soft the hamachi (yellowtail tuna) was hard chewy. I eventually spit it out in to my napkin. We gave up when it came to the salmon portion because it didn’t smell right.“

“I was blown away by my experience here! Most sushi bars tend to have sub par sushi quality but here you can order it specifically and have it made fresh for you on a conveyer belt that is up above the normal sushi belt. The staff is wonderfully kind and the touch screen ordering tool is extremely convenient when it comes to how fast orders take and calculating order total. The staff frequently changes soy sauce dispensers and ginger containers, while also having a slot you can insert your plates to reduce space.“

A week later still not refunded and no one will return the call. Absolutely terrible experience!“

“Just moved to the area from Bellevue, I've eaten at over 30 teriyaki places across the east side and Seattle. This place is insanely good and a crazy good value. Got the spicy chicken and a chicken katasu. Blown away at how well prepared the food was.

“Restaurant is always very clean. Phone orders are always very fast. The meat is always so good and we love the char on all the teriyaki. Our daughter loves the tofu teriyaki. I was born and raised in seattle (so im a teriyaki snob) and this is one of my favorite Teriyaki spots in the lynnwood area.“

“I’ve been coming here since I was in middle school. It was always our favorite teriyaki spot in Seattle because the family that first opened it was so friendly, and the food was always delicious.

I’ve seen it change ownership probably 3 times. The quality has gone up and down. Overall, it’s probably not as good as it used to be, but it’s still one of the better Seattle teriyaki shops.

“Stopped in at this teriyaki shop for a quick bite while I was having a tire repaired at the shop nearby. I ordered a chicken teriyaki with a side of gyoza. The food was excellent, the chicken was tender with nice looking char lines from the grill. The gyoza was just the way I like it with the outside crispy and the inside juicy. The restaurant had condiments on the table including teriyaki sauce which I always appreciate. Overall great experience!“

The sauce was BEAUTIFULLY done on it too and my sushi was just amazing. Went with my sister and mother and we ended up so happy with it. It was a surprise visit too because originally we were headed elsewhere nearby and ended up here. I am SO GLAD WE DID.
