“This restaurant is in Tacoma's middle class area on Pacific Ave. We were a little apprehensive because of the aesthetics, but as we went in, a nice Lady leaving told us they had great food. They cleaned up a window table for us. Then brought us a I-pad to order, they want you to scan in there menu, I declined and received the I-pad. We saw reviews commenting on there Peking Duck and Chow fun Beef. We went for the Duck, Pork Hot & Sour Soup, House Special Fried Rice has shrimp and pork, the fresh Egg Rolls stuffed full of Shrimp were unbeatable. The Duck came with white flat pastry rolls with a nice tangy sauce and veggies, very good. Everything was cooked perfectly with special authentic style and taste. The Jasmine tea was wonderful. “Had the jjamjjamyun and husband had the jjajangmyun and sweet & sour pork combo. Food was not overly seasoned and just the right amount of spiciness in the soup. The pork is made with sweet rice flour, so it gives it more of a chewy texture which is a nice change. We went in between lunch and dinner time, so it was nice and quiet. The staff was so friendly and nice, while being very prompt. I'll definitely be back!“

“I got the duck and BBQ pork lunch combo. First, the sauce they put on it is fabulous. The pork was actually my favorite. I’d never had Chinese BBQ duck before and it’s a little too fatty for me. The cabbage that comes with is very flavorful but it was cold. Maybe that’s how it’s supposed to be but it just surprised me.
There is extremely limited indoor seating. I’m talking 4 or 5 tables. And they serve everything in to-go containers.“

It came with a nice portion of rice and fresh salad. My wife ordered the chicken and gyoza meal that was delicious!
They have only raised their prices One time that I am aware of in the last few years even thru covid and it was not extreme like most of the other restaurants.
I would say i would have raised them more myself.
I fed my wife and myself for $25

“We left another location and came here! We know Kent Dough Zone is best service, best location, BEST FOOD!

They took us last minute with only 25 min till close.
The servers were very polite and accommodating (even though it was basically closing time)
I came in with 3 teenagers

We had two spicy mala noodles, two dan dan noodles, two orders sweet and spicy garlic chili pan fried chicken wontons, and hot & sour chicken wontons, oh and a green onion pancake.

Everything was so good as always and they even gave complimentary pork and crab soup dumplings.which reminds me
We also ordered the chicken xio long bao (chicken soup dumps)

“They need to do something about the flies. I don’t like trying to eat my dinner inside a restaurant fighting off flies. Years ago I didn’t have to pay for tea it came with your meal free. The wonton soup has no vegetables except onions. It has gone downhill over the years and it is very disappointing because they used to be my favorite Chinese restaurant. The cost has gone way up and the quality has gone way down for the amount you get!“

“Locally owned by a Chinese couple for many years. In my opinion they sell the best fried rice and pork buns in the state. The buns are always fresh and warm and so delicious. I've had fried rice from easily a hundred different restaurants in both the USA and Japan and their fried rice is still one of my faves. Good ratio of rice to other ingredients, generous amount of meat, and not too oily.“

We're very happy having had Buck's, the plan was clean , service is friendly and quick with no overly loud music(TV on but a nice low volume). Not a giant menu of dimsum (which usually comes in 3 pieces) but each order is 8 pieces. The bun looks really good too. Always better to go in a bigger group to share. “My first time trying jajangmyeon I don’t really know if I can compare or have much knowledge on how it should taste but I thought it was good, also got the orange chicken my baby loved both. Chicken had a nice subtle orange flavor not too overpowering to keep you eating more, sides were also different flavor/texture to have kimchi is a nice touch to add so was the radish. The most friendliest people ever which makes this place above 5 stars. More than enough food for lunch & dinner I highly recommend Malri Hyang without a doubt.“

We had a fantastic experience at Peking Garden. The portions were very generous and the prices were extremely reasonable, which is getting harder to find these days. Every dish came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor.

The service was excellent as well. The staff was friendly and attentive, and you could tell everyone took pride in making sure customers had a great meal. We enjoyed it so much that we ended up leaving a tip not only for our wait staff, but also for both chefs in the kitchen.

If you're looking for delicious Chinese food, large portions, and great value, Peking Garden in Sumner is definitely worth a visit. We left full and very happy with the entire experience. Highly recommended! 🍜🥢⭐“

“I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. It’s been the same Owners and good quality food!
My uncle’s spicy Ramen noodle soup had just the right amount of heat and their substitutions for rice is amazing. I did have to pay a little more, but, the chicken teriyaki is to jump over the moon for. Everything is cooked to perfection and savory. Vegetables for crunchy and you can taste the seasoning and each vegetable didn’t have the same note.
The Gyoza, while fried, was not dry or soggy.

I love the broccoli and chicken, but the broccoli has to be soft not hard. It's only hard when not cooked long enough..aka..rushing to go the buffet. But do love the food!“
