“I could use review fillers like “great atmosphere”, and that would be true. BUT, the real reason I’m writing this review is… if you like bacon cooked to order, this is your place. I like it very well done and they make that happen. Never a bad meal here. Welcoming staff, decent prices, large portions, coffee cup is always full, clean place including the bathroom.“

“We stopped for lunch on a Sunday. We were hungry. We considered ordering two burgers, one for each of us. The wonderful server recommended we split a burger with onion rings, and a basket of fries. I asked for extra crispy fries and she said “That’s how we do them here.”
Her recommendations were spot on. The bacon and blue cheese burger was delicious and the fries were some of the best crispy fries I’ve ever had. They cut the burger in half, split the onion rings, and served all that on two separate plates. Gosh! Such wonderful service AND food!
This is a great half way point between Vancouver/Portland and Seattle AND since it’s east of I-5 we didn’t have to fight all the traffic around the outlet stores.
We will return for sure.“

“I drove through the horrible town of Centralia, WA feeling disgusted after seeing the inside of the nearest Walmart so I was naturally scared of any local food. However Fuji Teriyaki was probably the best restaurant I’ve been to in a while. The service was fantastic and they had great vegan options :) my food came out super hot. “I am a local farmer who sells to South Pacific Bistro since 2012. And I eat their food. Seafood hot and sour soup is spicy hot and sour and loaded with calamari shrimp local veggies and oh so tasty. And I and my wife have eaten many other menu items. I have also spotted chefs from other restaurants I sell my goodies to, eating at South Pacific Bistro. An out of the way, hole in the wall, surprise of tasty treats at very reasonable prices. Huey is the chef and comes from a family of long time Vietnamese chefs, and Malissa, the hostess everything in the restaurant not cheffing, knows how to serve the goodies and be very sociable. “It is a pool hall so if you are looking for real quiet never mind. It's not real noisy but can get a bit raucous. They have a excellent seasonal menu besides their usual one. They have quite a selection of their own beers. My husband and I go quite often when we feel like not cooking. It's also fun to watch a movie and eat & drink sometimes.“

“This was a very fun and unique stay! We really loved the location. We always enjoy the McMenamins vibe and love getting our passport stamps! The room was small and didn't have a windows that opened (though we still loved the skylight!) So it was a bit stuffy/warm. We were able to get a small fan from the front desk, which was helpful. The beds were comfy, but the top bunk is high up and we didn't have a ladder! So just be prepared for that. Otherwise it was rad and we had a delightful time and would absolutely go back!“
