It’s very creamy and smooth. My other cousin got a matcha swirl and that was nice as well but I enjoyed the more intricate flavors more. Overall I can’t wait to go again. So unique and worth the trip. They also sell doggie treats on the side and mug plus pens. All very cute and come support this beautiful business. 🤩🤩“

“This is one of my favorite places to satisfy my sweet tooth. They are a family-owned shop where you might have been served by the parents or the kids. They struggled to survive during the pandemic and seem to be thriving again

I can only speak to the quality of the sorbet, of which there are always 2 or e and are wonderful. You may be amazed there is no dairy ingredients. The frozen yogurt looks great and my family loves it. The topings are fresh and everything is clean, very clean. There are 2 registers, so you rarely have to wait long. There is a great mix of people from all areas and walks of life. Did I mention it's very clean and staff are friendly?“

They offer a wide variety of delicious flavors, and the place is filled with arcade games that kids (and adults!) will love. “Great Baskin-Robbins location. We have gone several times and it does not disappoint. They have a lot of different ice cream flavors, and they even added mangonadas. Staff is always friendly, welcoming and helpful. There is plenty of parking near the store, but it is also shared with other local stores.“

“I recently tried their new Orange Bitters Thai Tea - SO GOOD. It reminds me of a high quality mocktail that’s super delicious and refreshing.

I have also previously tried their regular Thai Tea and Thai Green Tea. Both are really good but I love how unique the Thai Green Tea tastes!

He deserves to be employee of the year with how he managed to be the only employee serving so many people and still managed to smile and make every customer smile!“

“Thank you Shirley. After a nice dinner, we were craving ice cream. We found Kwality Ice cream in Bellevue. This store has some very unique flavors from Pakistan and India along with traditional flavors. They have flavors like Rose, Kulfi, Saffron, Chicoo, Paan, Mango, Pistachio and more. When we went in, a young lady Shirley was working behind the counter. The owner was also present. As we waited our turn, the store got very busy. We were surprised that the owner abruptly left while Shirley was meticulously taking the orders and preparing them. She was overwhelmed with customers but she kept her smile and did a fabulous job. She took care of every single customer and everyone was happy. Didn’t hear anyone complain. She told us she had been working for just a week. Wow! Thank you Shirley for such a positive attitude and for taking care of us and others that came in today. The owner is very fortunate to have such a dedicated and hardworking employee working for him. I am giving a 5 star rating due to Shirley and the quality of ice cream. Sorry, the owner gets zero stars for leaving in a hurry and putting all the workload on Shirley's shoulders. “I don’t get the bad reviews.... This place is amazing. From the ice cream to the food. Of course it’s a bit pricey. It’s a small privately owned business. It’s not a chain. The owners are incredibly nice people. I’ve been going here for more than 20 years and I can’t say enough good things. It’s not their fault parking is limited. It’s Madison Park... They have continued to offer the best ice cream, food, and service even during unprecedented times. I bring my kids here, and have been going since I was a kid. Not many places left where you can share childhood memories with your children.“
