Matt, the bartender answered several questions and made a couple suggestions. I went with one of them (Carnitas and Scratch Margarita) and was pleasantly impressed with both! The crowd was fun, the staff was doing an excellent job (having been in the industry for 24 years myself) taking care of the business and caring for the clients. Thank you and I WILL be back again!“

“Let me just say it — Taco La Cuadra is my go-to street food spot, and I’ve already been back almost 9 times (yes, I’m keeping count). That should tell you everything you need to know!

This food truck delivers unbeatable quality, flavor, and service every single time. The tacos are out of this world — from the perfectly seasoned meats to the soft, fresh tortillas and flavorful salsas, every bite is like a flavor explosion. Whether I’m in the mood for al pastor, carne asada, or barbacoa, they always hit the mark.
