“Palenque Mexican Restaurant has the best Mexican food we’ve had in…we can’t even remember. Fast, top notch, friendly service from our server Gerardo. The chips and spicy salsa was fantastic. Hot and crispy chips and the salsa had a get kick with an awesome undertone of fresh lime. We came at happy hour and enjoyed house margaritas that were not skimpy on the alcohol. We had the pork carnitas, which were crispy, juicy and fell apart perfectly. It came with guacamole, so good, with red and green salsas that we were so glad that they came in to go cups. Well seasoned rice and beans. Mouth watering with every bite. Our other dish was the carne asada street tacos, which were massive, and the meat was so tender. Both plates were loaded with food. We could not highly recommend a better place than here. Run, don’t walk!“

“Conventional Mexican dishes do not vary by much to me, so I try different entrees. I got the Mocojete Mixto. Overall it was really good and piping hot. There was bacon wrapped shrimp in it, but that much heat made the shrimp a bit rubbery. That aside it was executed well. So much going on!
Now, that should be shared between two people, but I ate 90% of it. It's like $38, so if shared maybe with more tortillas, it would be enough to share. Our server Jesus was top notch, making sure we were lacking nothing. The atmosphere feel was diner like, but very laid back. I would recommend trying them!“

“Only eat there. never order delivery through a service. they will mess up everything you order for delivery, every single time. want to add sour cream? they'll put it in the wrong burrito. want to remove a sauce? they'll put on extra. this happens across every location in Spokane, every single time I've gotten delivery. again, only eat in store, and not the Sprague store, it's disgusting in there. last time I was in there they had dead flies on the tables and a leaking ceiling.“

My husband and son who are not the biggest fans of pulled pork said that the combo of the pork and coleslaw were a home run and the best they have ever had. MAMA TIAZ also makes the most delicious desserts. If you can think it she can make your culinary dreams come true. MAMA TIAZ also makes the most yummy Chicken Pot Pie with homemade crust. She catered our whole Thanksgiving meal. What haven’t I said?! Try her out because you will not be disappointed! I promise. She’s an amazing human with a wonderful talent.“

“I have been going to this place for a while since it is pretty cheap and the deals on the app/ texts are good, but the lovely girl behind the counter has some excellent customer service and makes me feel very special as a paying customer. I believe she said her name was Chloe, at the valley location. Honestly all the staff is great :) I love coming here!“

“I have only visited this location a few times since I usually go to the CDA location because it is closer to home, but I absolutely love this one. The staff are consistently friendly, especially Robert and Natalie, who always provide excellent service.

The atmosphere and overall cleanliness here are noticeably better than at the CDA location. The restaurant feels more welcoming, well maintained, and enjoyable to dine in. I look forward to coming back to this location whenever I can.“

They really took their time to listen to mine and my partners ordering issues and executed a plan so calmly and fast.
