“They gave us free 16oz drinks this morning for customer appreciation weekend. I think this is cool for the staff too because you are more inclined to give a bigger tip with the free drinks.

The latte I had was more robust, like a dark roast. If you enjoy deep flavors and a more earthy coffee you will probably like this.

They also have house-made energy drinks. These are good, but after you account for the ice you get about 1/3 less drink than the cup's original volume.“

“Have been getting drinks here for the last year and the staff is really friendly. Recently the drinks have become more ice than drink though. I transferred a 32 oz into a 16 oz cup at home comfortably. Friendly staff but if I am paying for $9 for a beverage, I expect to get a little closer to the advertised amount.“

“Gravity Coffee is one of my favorite coffee drive thrus in Washington and I know my family loves them too. Their coffee tastes amazing, the service here is friendly and quick, and they also love giving our fur babies treats and attention. This is the newer Federal Way location and it is a bit of inconvenience to get to but the drive thru itself is fine. They have a large menu with pictures as well as short descriptions which I appreciate as there are a lot of coffee drive thrus that don't provide much else except the price and what they offer. If the line gets too busy, they usually send out a person to come take your order which is great too as I'm sure the reason why people stop by drive thrus is due to limited time or wanting to get something quick.“

The barista (Riley I think?) was pure sunshine in human form. Kind, bubbly, and the kind of genuinely sweet that makes you forget how grumpy you were five minutes ago. She hyped me up, wished me the best day, and meant it. I don’t know what she put in that coffee, but it tasted like encouragement and good vibes. i really like this as a late night study space. in the evenings, they have a super cozy feeling lobby, slightly dim warm lighting and a fireplace. they sell both coffee and energy drinks(loved the area 51 for iced coffe, is like a more minty coffee). baristas are friendly too.“

Only gave 4* on service and atmosphere due to it's a drive up coffee shop with no inside area and you can tell when people are in training/new and sometimes can get a little overwhelmed by the system or making the drinks. “This was the first Gravity Coffee to open in Federal Way and I'm glad to see them still thriving and serving fantastic drinks. This drive thru has two ways to order from and the staff here is great about going out to grab drink orders during busy times. They have your drink pretty much ready to go by the time you get to the front and even if you just ordered from them, they make their drinks pretty fast. We usually have our fur babies with us and the baristas are always so friendly and offer pup cups/treats for them.

The drinks here are always made perfectly. They always accommodate my light ice or no ice accommodations fairly well, especially compared to other coffee drive thrus. Hot drinks are also never too scalding hot but the perfect temperature to enjoy immediately.“
