“Meet outside by the chef and shown to our table. The atmosphere was eclectic to say the least. The food was all it was hyped to be. The staff was very attentive but not intrusive. The chef introduced himself and asked our names, when leaving he remembered our names and thanked us for coming (even though he couldn't see me, he remembered both my name and my companion when I called out through the back door)“

“Party of 4 for my nephews birthday party. Zach was our server who had amazing presence and really knew what he was up to! Bravo to Zach. The new menu did not disappoint. 10 out of 10 - 100% recommend. We'll be back. Beignets for dessert - cherry on top of a lovely evening.“

“Celebrated a birthday date night and first time dining here. Great ambiance with fantastic service. (Thank you Jordan). We called ahead and made reservations. The table was decorated with a long stemmed red rose and a birthday card. Our meal was so delicious! Cocktails, starters, dinner and dessert were pure perfection! Thank you chef(s). That was hands down, one of the best meals we have ever had! We are already mapping out what we are ordering on our next time here! Oh and the box of letters from other patrons at each table…🥹 so precious! THANK YOU!!“

“I went in on Sunday May 31st. everything that evening, was a little off. I wasn't pleased. So I let the managers know that there team had fallen short. Of the Bears credos and Standards. “For the food yes! For the service, no. Our server, Shannon was unpleasant and only seemed to check in as an obligation. Didn't provide any silverware. I went and got my own. Then since it was lunch, I went and got my own take out containers. She responded to this by saying, "You didn't get a cup for the au-jus." seriously!?“

“Such a great place to take the family! Variety of burgers all are super tasty especially the Marsala chicken sandwich and the shakes are great!! “I understand the negative reviews. Political opinions should stay private. But a business is personal so ignore what offends you. I had a nice time. This is one of those places mindset and company matter more than the wow factor due to the atmosphere. I travel to many states and eat in many places, this was cozy, food was homie, coffee was great, server was kind, and the decorations of old cars are appreciated. A great spot for a quick bite on road trips.“

“I had the best time today at Applebee’s in Lakewood I’ve been here plenty of times but the feel was way different than before. The face lift in the restaurant is very nice it’s an open space and you can see all throughout. The lighting is really nice and it’s inviting.
We had an appetizer of the new waffle fries loaded with this angry orchard white cheddar beer cheese sauce with so much bacon lol we didn’t stop. They will only be here for a short time! So come 😂 Could have but didn’t then my boyfriend had the lunch chicken sandwhich and fries and I hand the cheeseburger the chicken sandwich was huge the whole bird was on that thing lol and so good. We got two drinks and enjoyed the manager and our waitress Paige was amazing thanks for having us ❤ I ate everything else before taking a picture lol“

“Just went there for the first time and we were super impressed with how fast our food came out! I ordered the breakfast burrito and it was hands down the best breakfast burrito I have ever had, normally places have way too much eggs in them but not here! Perfect! Great coffee too. Our waitress was super kind and cool as well!
We will definitely be coming back.

“What a wonderful spot! I had the best French dip I’ve had in quite a while. The food and drinks were both excellent. A special shoutout to Kollin for taking exceptional care of me while I dined and relaxed. He went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and completely satisfied throughout my meal. I had a great stay at the Murano, and the restaurant’s food quality truly impressed me.“
