“This is the best Chinese food in Jefferson county. Better by far than both places in PT. They went through an owner changer a couple years back and there was a brief drop in quality, but they’ve bounced back since. I miss some of the specials from a few years back, but satisfied with the new owners. Large portion sizes and Always plenty of leftovers for another meal or two. The Szechuan beef, house chowmein, hot and sour soup, and wonton soup are my preference, and always make sure to pay with cash. Always look forward to treating myself to a great take-out meal here.“

“The farm and cidery tour we had with Cougar was so informative and fun for our group! The history of the farm, the various trees on the acreage, how the business sources apples, and the production facility were included. And so much interesting background information on types of cider apples and things we had never thought of about the uniqueness of individual apple seeds! We had a great time. The tour and plentiful samples is very worthwhile during a visit!“

“Our son recently got married in lovely Pt. Townsend. We needed to host 30 people for the groom's dinner. There are not many places in town that can accommodate that large of a crowd. However Jason was willing to offer our group his entire front room for this event. Being from out of town everything was arranged through one phone call and text messages. Jason recommended a family style dinner with three entrees, 4 appetizers and two additional sides. The food was amazing, the service was delightful, everyone was comfortable and well fed. I can't recommend this restaurant enough for the wonderful experience it gave us and fond memories for the newlyweds. This was quite a place for a destination wedding and our flawless experience with Jason made it even better. My only wish is he owned another one in Minneapolis, then maybe he'd be a Vikings fan!“

The dishes are delicious, and the spiciness on-target with our regular requests of 4 (pleasantly spicy) to negative 2 (not spicy at all). The servers are always friendly and helpful. Some of our favorite dishes are Golden Cashew, Rama, Massamun Curry, and Mango Ginger Duck.“

Stopped in from camping to have a beer, the Port Townsend Porter and the Amber are super smooth and very delicious.The brewery definitely has a super chill relaxed vibe, service was excellent as well.They are kid friendly as well and have soda for the kiddos. “Fantastic had a Smitty burger and fries with a blue raspberry red bull spritzer..the burger was amazing juicy and messy as can be. The server was very kind and on point. This place is really cool..it's got a very fun vibe to it .if you are passing through disco bay you owe it to yourself to stop in here. My friend had a blt which she absolutely loved. . crisp delicious bacon fresh tomatoes and lettuce. This place is worth the trip and the money by far. Its cash only. They do have an atm“

“I go to Port Angeles typically once a month. The last year, I have been making this trip on Tuesdays. I arrive at the ferry early and take a walk. That’s when I think, it would nice to have a coffee. Oh ya, Callens is right across the street. Unfortunately, they are closed on Tuesdays and don’t open till 9am the other days. I only bring this up because virtually every time, I see people walking up to find the only business capable of serving coffee at the ferry terminal closed. Obviously, I have no idea how much staffing they have and certainly they need a day off. I am only pointing out they have a captive audience here looking for coffee and possibly something to eat while they wait for the ferry. Thank you for the opportunity to express my thoughts as I would like to support this local business.“

“We stayed at the Marina RV Park for the weekend and decided to walk on over the night we got in. We had the BEST food and service, we loved it so much that we came back with some friends the next day for lunch. This place has quickly become one of our favorite restaurants, we will be back anytime we’re in Port Townsend. Also I'm not a fan of ordering at the counter. I would prefer you seat us, give us a menu and take our order. The pizza was good but nothing to write home about. Had the all meat pizza and everything falls off. Maybe throw some extra cheese on after the toppings to hold it in place?“

At $3.89 for a single egg and $3.49 a cup for coffee prices are high for the setting….. $43 for basic breakfast for two add a tip and we have cleared the $50 marker. I know it’s the times we are living in, but it still is very concerning!?“
